I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the pharmacy at my local CVS, particularly the pharmacy department. The pharmacy demonstrated a lack of organizational skills and leadership, resulting in chaotic operations. Prescription wait times were unreasonably long, and there was a pervasive sense of disorganization among the staff. I came Friday afternoon and was told to pick up my prescription on Monday afternoon. It's Wednesday as I'm standing here and they still don't have my prescription filled. It seemed as though there was minimal oversight or effective management, leading to frustrated customers and a sense of dissatisfaction in the pharmacy environment.Furthermore, the pharmacys communication skills left much to be desired, why couldn't my prescription be sent to another local CVS to be filled in the meantime. Why did I have to wait? There was a notable lack of transparency regarding prescription status, and attempts to seek clarification were met with indifference. Overall, the one-star rating reflects the subpar pharmacy as a hole, resulting in a highly unsatisfactory experience for customers in need of timely and reliable healthcare services.

This is the WORST CVS in the chain. Called twice to check in a prescription and after struggling through the automated voicemail for 20 mins and listening to music, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me TWICE. Wish I could get my 40 minutes back. Every visit here is a nightmare. Wish an independent pharmacy opened in Harbor Point area of Stamford.

I wish CVS would hire staffing departments that care because they don't in Greenwich.All I'll say.the worst pharmacist ever. After calling for days. And no one answering. I drove there to be greeted by a nasty lady.the pharmacist. She is the epitome of how you cant kill with kindness. The more kind you are the more she hides behind theDesk. Inappropriate and highly offensive. Why promote this behavior? I'll never come back.

Arguably the most inept, incompetent, and ill informed pharmacist (morning/afternoon shift 1/19/23 and pharmacy staff) I've encountered. I'm roughly one block away from this pharmacy and I've decided to fill my prescriptions elsewhere.

1. They rarely answer the phone in the Pharmacy Dept. 2. The workers in the pharmacy often have negative attitudes. 3. Pharmacy hours say 8am, not 8:10am. Waiting for pharmacy to open up late while watching workers move slowly with large iced coffees in hand isn't how I want to start my day. Must be nice though..

Just bad. If you're getting a Covid test make sure you get there 30 minutes before your scheduled time bc you will be waiting THAT LONG to even be seen. I don't think I've ever waited less than 20 min for a prescription or a test. And they don't even apologize for the wait time. I understand it can be overwhelming but at least COMMUNICATE. People will be sitting at the window for 30 min, insane. Go somewhere else for your pharmacy needs bc this is just comical.

Horrific wait times for the pharmacy, prescriptions are never ready have waited an hour plus in line multiple times. They need more staff or need to figure out how to be more efficient it's horribly run and cvs clearly doesn't give a s*** about patients.

HORRIBLY running testing site. avoid at all costs. Waited 45 minutes (arrived on time) to be told to come back because there was a lunch break. No consideration for peoples time.

Hands down the worst CVS (specifically the pharmacy) I've ever been to in my life. They are completely incompetent and I'm not sure why, I've never seen any other CVS Pharmacy's run their business like this one. The service is awful, most visits you wait well over 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. The drive thru option equally as bad as going in. Most times they ask you to come back or say they don't have that drug in stock.

I don't know who runs this pharmacy but they need to know how incompetent their' staff is. My Dr. Prescribed me an inhaler for a certain dosage which was different from my previous. I had refills on my previous dosage that I was picking up plus the new one I was just prescribed. The d*** pharmacist told me it wasn't the same and he couldn't give it to me and that he'd have to call the Dr. to make sure it was right...YOU'RE NOT MY Dr. give me my medication and that's it. Im not getting narcotics here. It's my inhaler so I can breathe and stay alive. Who do you think you are????? Another time I was asked if I wanted to use my member card number for points towards $5 off my prescriptions and the lady told me to hit no and when I found out what it was after I listened to her, I wanted to redo it. She rolled her eyes and gave me a hard time about redoing it when she couldn't figure out how. You don't know what my financial situation is and if it's going to help me save 5 bucks and it takes 5 minutes of your precious time then so be it! You're employees are LAZY! No one ever answers the phone! What if I have questions about my medication???? Or if my prescription is ready or how many I have left or I dont know the prescription number ??? I have to sit on the phone for 20 mi utes before it is answered!!!! I was told today was the last day I can pick my medication up. I go there and where is it? They restocked it on the shelf even though I had until today to get it. Idk how else to say this but this CVS SUCKSSS AND SO DOES THE STAFF IN THE PHARMACY. Look at all the reviews on here... if you work here and your reading this you should seriously consider another career. Why did you take this job as a pharmacist??? If you hate your job so much don't take it out on the customers. If you screw something up own it don't act like it's our fault or our Dr's fault. Do your job. Earn your keep. Stop being so damn lazy and stupid.

The lady at the register seem overwhelmingly . There were only 2 people in line and she let us the we could self out and was just rude about it . The self check was working properly ! We left It seems that since self checkouts have been added the staff seems ruder . Sad ...

Actually a good store but some employees give attitudes when people did nothing. Today at the pharmacy my mother went to pick up some medicine for me and the Spanish chubby lady threw the medicine at my mother. Very rude honestly. Train the employees to be respectful please..

I've been going to this CVS every week for two years. Both the store and the pharmacy are fine and there's nothing wrong with them. I don't know what people expect of a drug store, but 1- and 2-star reviews that say things like "cash register people act like they're doing us a favor by selling us things" or refer to how they got their feelings hurt when buying toilet paper... not really indicative or helpful.
