Horrible Service. Pharmacist doesn't answer simple prescription questions and when asked again gets irritated. She is always grumpy. Patients go thru a lot as it is. If they can't answer simple questions may be it is time to look for another job!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Been coming here for years but I just can’t take it anymore. Time to find a local independent pharmacy. Terrible customer service. Long lines while one person stands behind the pharmacy counter barely conscious. Everyone else is in the back giggling and chilling. Prescriptions are filled days apart - for no rhyme or reason (not out of stock/ not too soon). Even worse, they won’t start working on second prescription until after you show up to pick up the first (could be days after it’s ready) - then you have to ask what’s going on with the other one. Why not filled yet? No explanation- just umm maybe tomorrow (a week after it’s sent) with nothing more to explain what’s going on. Meaning you need to visit the location a second time and again wait on the ridiculous long and slow line to pick up second script. It’s like the twilight zone.

If zero stars were an option, this location would receive -1000. ABSOLUTE WORST CVS Pharmacy I've ever been to. Consistently rude. Terrible service. Medications are always out of stock. Save yourself the trouble and go up the hill to the one on High Ridge Rd.

Poor customer service. Associate was so rude! Did not listen to why i was there! Was more interested in having a social conversation with her coworker and had me wait. She did not have a name shown on her jacket or i would have mentioned her name! I work in a customer focused position! This young lady need’s coaching ASAP!

Phone system consistently hangs up on me while I'm waiting on hold. The front desk employee was unable to help connect me to the pharmacy. Very frustrating to get prescriptions filled here! Months later it's still horrible....

It’s like they are actively trying to not fill prescriptions for people. I’ve never had a more consistently frustrating experience. Someone please train this staff how to work in customer service. Or better yet, just let everyone go and hire some high school kids because they would be better suited for this job.

Good store and pharmacy, but not sure why pharmacy closes at 6pm on Sundays. People don’t get sick on Sunday evenings? Has to drive all the way to Norwalk to find an open one to buy the antibiotics prescribed by the doctor.

If management can’t figure out to have someone answer the phone at all they need to at least have an automated message that says they can’t answer the phone. They are letting people unknowingly wait on hold for hours. Also if you don’t pick up your prescription within like 24 hours they will take it off the shelf and it cancels your refill (with no texts or communication that this is happening). Unlike Walgreens that sends text reminders and a warning. Lots of frustrated customers. Staff is overwhelmed. This is a major 24 hr location and should have double the pharmacy area and pharmacists.

I'm convinced CVS is just a bad company. Corporate culture bleeds right down to the pharmacy. Not a customer centric company at all.Don't try to get help here.

I actually like coming to this CVS out of all the ones I've been to in Stamford. The checkout process is quick (and they have self checkout stations). The store is always clean and organized. Everything is usually in stock (depending on the COVID situation when it comes to cleaning products but that's every where). I really have no complaints about this particular CVS. I only gave 4 stars because prices tend to be a bit high on certain things that I know are normally cheaper elsewhere. But that's typical for all CVS locations.There's plenty of parking and it's convenient for the location.

Pharmacy: This has to be the worse pharmacy in the area! First of all: "THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHARMACY PHONE CALLS!" I waited over 25 minutes and finally had to hang up! Even when I'm in the store, I hear the pharmacy phones ringing off the hook and no one seems to care. If they don't want to pick up their calls, then they shouldn't have a phone number! The pharmacy lines both inside and at the drive thru are always long and slow as well. This all gets very frustrating. In the end, I transferred by prescriptions to another pharmacy--even if I have to drive further now. Due to their lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this pharmacy. Shame on them!
