I called in for two full sets and double checked that both my friend and I would be taken care of at the same time. I was assured that both my friend and I would get our full sets done at the same time. When we walked into the establishment I introduced myself and the service we made an appointment for. While I was speaking two ladies that were working just looked at me and one individual did a brush away gesture towards us while she was on the phone. One individual was able to begin the service, but that led my friend to not having anyone service her and she sat for 2 hours waiting for my nails to be done, without any gesture to get her nails done. My friend and I are very upset with the service the only helpful individual was the young lady on the side of the building that did my nails. As young black women we are very upset at the treatment we received today especially due to the holiday, Juneteenth. We both deserved to enjoy ourselves during the time period and unfortunately we didn’t due to the lack of customer service and accommodation at this facility.

I love the owner Erin (?) and the Dazzle Dry product. It's small yet clean. The paint job is always great, never in your cuticles. When I am in CT and have time I go out if my way to go there. I walked in today, but i would suggest appt.

Worth every penny! Kim was fantastic! On a Wednesday afternoon. The hot towels... the massage... and the skilled hands of a true professional. A peaceful salon where I could relax was exactly what I needed. Stamford and Crystal is so lucky to have Kim! First time customer and I hope to return one day!

This business is run by Deacon Kang Sarang-gwon, who always takes care of my eyebrows. Deacon Kim, who has been working with me for many years, and his skills are perfect as he shows constant love and kindness.

I used a gel, I don't work or do heavy things with my hands and it turns out that the entire manicure already peeled off. They charged me 55 dollars apart from the tip just to paint them with gel and they already peeled off.

Love it here! Such a cute vibe inside and they have dazzle dry polish which is a major plus bc it lasts longer and makes my nails feel super healthy. Erin and her team are superstars

The girl that did my manicure was great, Jessica, I think , she was a very lovely girl , the job well done. It was a regular manicure nothing else and the owner or manager or person in charge of the place charged me $35 dollars at first I thought she said 25 but then when I signed it said 35. I am not the person that would like to argue so, my opinion is not tongo there back again.. lesson learned

I’ve been coming here for a few months now for gel manicures and have also gotten two pedicures. They have excellent customer service and it’s easy to make an appointment.This past time, I tried a dip powder manicure and the top coat started to peel early. I was really happy with the way Aeran (the owner) handled it & worked through a solution with me. I will be a loyal customer & appreciate the way they care for their customers.PS. Prices are good for lower Fairfield County and they often give complimentary shoulder massages!Services: Dip powder

I travelled to CT and searched for a dipping powder manicure online. I found Crystal Nails and was so impressed. I’ve been to many nail salons in several states and this one was top notch. I walked in after calling as soon as the lady took a look at me she said no we dont do!! she didnt ask if i wanted to change my nails or anything i have an event today and would have taken anything just to get an early appmnt. It was VERY clear from the way she and all her employees looked me up and down WHE.NN I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR... why they couldnt do... Completely disgusting.
