21 Broad St, Stamford“I drove up to Long Ridge Service from downtown Stamford this morning and only had less than a half hour to get my emissions done. I took the chance before work. What a pleasant experience! I only had to wait 10 minutes until the mechanic drove my car into the bay and conducted the test. Very courteous service as well. I originally went to Goodyear on East Main Street in Stamford 2x!! I went to get the test done at 8:15 am . , no one at the front desk for 10 minutes, finally, a reluctant rep comes to the front desk, could care less, and the front desk rep told me they don't start taking cars for emissions until 9! Then I showed up at 9 and was told there was a 35 minute wait at least because they had a car in the bay and could not do any testing. I never had an issue 3 years ago when I went but now, customer service has significantly deteriorated! I can only imagine how the treat their regular customers for car repairs..”

1058 Hope St, Stamford“I always have a good experience at this location. Pharmacist and pharmacy staff are outstanding (I see them the most). When I need to interact with the rest of the store staff, they are always wonderful. Highly recommend this location as it is clean and product quantity is high.”

593 Newfield Ave, Stamford“We have been going to CVS Newfield for years and have always had good experiences but I am writing today because we just had a GREAT experience with one of their incredibly helpful and kind managers. He went out of his way to help us and it was so appreciated. Thank you!”

57 Smith St, Stamford“My dog, Hershey-Parker, locked me out of my car while getting gas last night and the 2 attendants working were the best ever. One called AAA for me and the other girl working there ran up to the Fire Station to see if they could help. Within 5 minutes, 5 firemen showed up and unlocked the door! They were so helpful and friendly and the gas prices are the cheapest in town! Love this place! I will be going back!”

953 Hope St, Stamford“This is the cheapest gas in Stamford. Just down the road at the shell, it was almost a dollar more there. This Citgo is always my go-to. The market is small but has what you're looking for. It's a gas station but it's the cheapest and it's never busy.”

1938 W Main St, Stamford“The pharmacies, at many of your stores, are horrible. The staff does their best to keep up in most circumstances, but obviously there aren't enough of them to keep lines short and prescriptions filled. My doctor called in 2 RXs for me for bronchitis and they weren't ready for over 24 hours! My doctor was already saying that I waited too long to come in and see him, but then CVS kept me waiting another day! As many of your customers lamented with me in a line, way too long, most of them said it isn't just 1938 W. Main, it is all of them. I changed locations and it seems worse. What is going on?”

135 Prospect St, Stamford“It's just a Stamford version of 7-11 except without the legendary awesome slurpees. The old lady is gross and grumpy but all the dudes are cool and will help you find what you are looking for. Also the old lady will cater to lottery people and ignore you with that one thing you are buying. I look before entering. If it's one of the dudes, I enter. Nothing wrong with the store itself.”

11 Forest St, Stamford“The staff that was working today was amazing. Specially around 6pm -7pm. Came in to print photos & left them behind by accident. The girl with braids chased me down outside to make sure they were returned. Thank you so much!”

780 E Main St, Stamford“During the pandemic, the covered drive-through has been a Godsend. There is rarely a car in front of me, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for an attendant to come to the window. Just wish Walgreens had a drive through closer to my house.”
“The main pharmacist, Lyubo Hadzhiev is the best! Other CVS locations should train under him. Other Pharmacy's should train under him. He is/has the A team. I have discussed my appreciation of my pharmacist with my neurologist. My doctors response was "I've worked with him, very knowledgeable". Pretty great to hear from your doctor! In life there are many things that need to be juggled. Having Lyubo helping to manage what has turned out to be a big part of my boy and family health is a relief.
Angela (the tech) is amazing. never less then the best. Always asks the right questions. Always professional.”
