I brought my $150 UGG gloves here to get "cleaned". Not only did they strip them completely of their original color *chestnut* but they shrunk and are deformed. Please see photos as a comparison of what they looked like new. The owner tried to "rectify" by saying she would buy me a new pair which I thought was super nice..only to find out she bought me a whole different pair--- the color was fable, not the classic chestnut. The owner told me i owed her for the cleaning! I asked for my old pair and left. I'm sure the owner will love her new fable ugg gloves! I'm buying a new pair myself...

I had what was, in my opinion, an impossible dry cleaning project of badly discolored custom linen drapes. Penny and Peter went above and beyond to provide a level of service that I have not experienced in years. Peter even called me 3 times over the course of 3 days to apprise me of his progress knowing that I was anxiety riddled with fear his efforts would fail. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. My drapes look as if they were made yesterday!

10/10 cleaners. Cannot say enough good things. They are absolutely wonderful and were able to fix flood damaged clothing items that meant the world to me AND were patient with me when I was traveling and unable to return their phone calls. Look no further for a dry cleaner. They're worth every penny.

Have been there a handful of times, got my mom hooked for a bit too. This was awhile back but man their service was usually exceptional and fair. Definitely recommend.

I needed to dry clean my suit last Thursday for a wedding on Saturday. I am well aware that I forgot, should've done it sooner, and it's tough for places to expedite stuff if they don't have the bandwidth. I called around and not only was Classic Deluxe the only cleaner that said they could have it done for me by Friday morning, but they said even later that evening if I can pick it up! Great service and great price as well! I will definitely be coming here in the future to get my shirts done. I even offered to pay an extra fee to expedite it since I thought that would be the norm but the nice woman on the phone just asked if I could bring the suit in now for them to get started on it that that would be great. There's a lot of dry cleaners in Stamford and lots of options but classic deluxe great job and customer service definitely earned me as a customer (even though this is 10 minute drive from me and I live right next ti another cleaner lol!) Thank you again for the great service
