My account was hacked and the perp. took almost $3000 in 2 separate transactions. It has taken almost 4 months to resolve. I have spent many hours on the phone with security and was transferred MANY MANY times. I never learned how they got my money, and resolving this issue has been one of the most frustrating experiences in my life.

This is the worst branch ever!!! I deposited some money on 7/28 and from that day till today I have been continuously complaining about my deposit. Their drive thru ATM take the money and didn't deposit in the account and the machine doesn't give you any receipt for the error. I contacted the branch and I was told this ATM is handled by third party and I have to complain online which I have already done several times!!! I wonder where did my cash go??? I am sure they found extra cash in the ATM. Worst banking experience of my life.

Nelson and Sophie and awesome. Always welcoming and accommodating. Great bank, great personnel. We used to bank with another bank and they were terrible. We felt like a number. No personal care whatsoever. We have been with them for years and I wouldn't bank anywhere else. They are client centric and they actually like what they do which is a big plus.
