Banked at this branch my entire life. Was recently subject to obvious fraud and this branch and manager were entirely unhelpful.
Not a single follow up despite repeated promises so I had to visit the branch in person for anything to be done. The problem was only resolved due to my repeated and aggressive in-person follow ups.

Bad service at this branch. They seem disinterested in addressing your concerns. You just get passed along to try and call another department. Why do you think I spent time driving to a branch? It's because you couldn't help me over the phone!
All I need is for you yo activate my card after you blocked it.

My account was hacked and the perp. took almost $3000 in 2 separate transactions. It has taken almost 4 months to resolve. I have spent many hours on the phone with security and was transferred MANY MANY times. I never learned how they got my money, and resolving this issue has been one of the most frustrating experiences in my life.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The bank teller Sophie is extremely rude....unless you are one of her "favorites". The past few visits i have had the Displeasure of having her as my bank teller for my check deposits. She barely greets me, and once she finishes my deposit she looks up gives me a dirty look and asks "is anything else?" When I politely thank her for her help all I get is an "Mhmmmm" interesting however that she greets the very next customer behind me like it's her best friend as I'm walking out the door. She has also told me in the past when i have requested singles in the past for my business that she could only gibe me $100 in singles when i had originally asked for $300. I never knew a bank could run out of money but apparently she does what she wants and treats certain customers however she wants. Very seriously considering pulling my money out of this bank and going back to Chase.

The reason online banking by no name institutions like "T-Mobile Bank by Customer's Bank" exist. Cannot even activate a debit card. When I was on line I heard the person before me unable to complete a transaction. Warning sign! Stepping into this branch is walking into a sludge of ineptitude.In the absence of service, banking with Citi has no advantages whatsoever. At the $50k Priority mark, Bank of America smokes Citi with 100 free trades on Merrill among other things. At the $250k CitiGold mark, the perhaps comped wire transfers and free small deposit box are not worth it. There are plenty of banks that can do more with your money.Capital One institutional ACH wire transfers are faster. BOA foreign currency exchange is far superior and discounts (!) the actual money (not just the fee for which there is none).I'd rather bank with Chase (LOLZ!)

So unprofessional. I needed the prove of the average balance from last 6 month in my account and the guy came out with numbers from his head not even close to true ones. When I came back the lady said that it’s not that easy for them to see the average ? even though I spent with him 15 min and I let him see all my balances. Chase could do it in no time!

This place is inept at dealing with customers and they actual create problems for there customers making mistakes with simple tasks. It’s being a teller and bank manager... it’s not rocket science.
