  Bad service at this branch. They seem disinterested in addressing your concerns. You just get passed along to try and call another department. Why do you think I spent time driving to a branch? It's because you couldn't help me over the phone!
  
  All I need is for you yo activate my card after you blocked it.

  My account was hacked and the perp. took almost $3000 in 2 separate transactions. It has taken almost 4 months to resolve. I have spent many hours on the phone with security and was transferred MANY MANY times. I never learned how they got my money, and resolving this issue has been one of the most frustrating experiences... read full comment
