Discrimination on people of color to own a business account.Poor customer satisfaction,no direct answers for chases actions against buisness account holders.use me,buying a money order as a transaction and say that’s the reason for unusual activity and close my account. SMH

Had a great experience with Manesh today at this branch. Although our appointment was mistakenly for tomorrow, he was able to fit us in and give us the help we needed. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for all the help today!

This is my favorite CHASE branch. I have been doing my banking at this location for over 10 years and have always found the staff to be helpful, competent and ready to answer any questions or solve any problems I may have. The hours are convenient and during COVID conditions, it is a pleasure to be able to do my banking at the drive-thru. I am so happy that this branch is located close to home.

Empty branch and can’t get something quickly motorized. Have to set up an appt for this. Crazy. Just robot at all these branches. Only good branch is in Darien. All others a joke!For biz or personal. Just listen to people there complaining. Each branch same complaints.

Will not accept rolled coins unless it was quarters or dimes. “Not enough room in the coin vault” was the reason and “they don’t have a demand for rolled dollar coins”

I was looking forward to having a great experience with Chase Private Banking, however it has been disappointing. Like others, I tried to call the branch to make an appointment back in January 2020 and got answering machine as no one picked up. I finally walked in and met with Jason, in Private banking. We set up my accounts and had planned to come back in to set up several business accounts. I emailed him to do this, but the branch was closed due to covid 19. He told me I could open these accounts on-line. This must have been a joke, as that was not simple and I was told I needed to come in anyway. So I reached back out to him. He told me I should call the Prospect branch and see Sam. I emailed Sam - no response. I tried to call - no response. I went to the branch on a Saturday and waited in line for 30 min only to be told I had to have an appointment to open an account. He checked and came back with a Wednesday at 10:00AM. I told him I work full time and that would not work. Frustrated I left. I let Jason, my Chase Private banking contact know what had happened. He apologized and reached out to Sam to set up an appt. Sam emailed me back with appt options all mid week. Totally missing the boat. I sent back requests for Saturday or later night (if they had any) hours. Jason finally got back to me with a Saturday appointment time for yesterday saying that Sam was making an exception for me! I responded that the time would work and added how was this an exception when others had Saturday appointments?? He then responded back to me that I needed to work directly with Sam that he was bowing out of this. I responded to forget it. I'm now looking for a new bank. Do I have to beg to open accounts!! I can't have a banking relationship with this group.

Stood there in line and 2 people came in after me. The person who came in after me got addressed and helped while I was completely ignored. Waste of time.

terrible branch, terrible service, very disorganized, any talented employees don't stay there. They just don't answer the phone but tell you to call to make an appt. with a specific person because no one in the branch can help you. Then the phone goes constantly into a message saying everyone is busy and call back, calling back all day gets the same result. Cant send anyone an email. I am appalled at this branch, I've always had good service at previous chase banks. I could go on and on about their ineptitude......
