Great experience with Brimar from beginning to end. Nurcan guided me and followed through on every step through the process making it smooth and stress-free. She is wonderful humanly, technically and is very thorough, clear and responsive. Great teams both in New York and at the arrival in Lyon, France, job well done with great wrapping, no damage to any item. I am super satisfied and highly recommend Brimar.

BRIMAR just completed our move from New England to northern France and -- thanks to the remarkable Mrs. Nurcan Ozen -- it was flawless. Her expert team packed all of our belongings for international shipping and nothing -- not a lamp, a picture frame, an antique dresser or a clock -- suffered the slightest bit of damage. A shout out, as well, to her chosen French partners (Santa Fe Relo.) At her direction they delivered the container to our house, placed and unwrapped every item per our request AND took away all paper and cartons. International moves can be stressful but with BRIMAR at your side you can relax ... and let them do all the heavy lifting.

Great service! Good communication throughout the whole process. Reasonable prices and a very fair quote. I ended up dropping off and picking up my stuff myself to save a little (worth it if you can do it).

This move with Brimar was the absolute worse move of our lives and we are still finding broken items 2 years later. The people who packed us up were totally unprofessional. They broke our marble slabs, they packed Limoges antique Porcelain with other cheap China. Of course that was broken too. I could go on and on and show you pictures but it won t replace anything not to mention the $ 7500 to move the contents of a one bedroom apt to France which is totally outrageous . Thank god we took insurance but the very large deductible did not cover the cost of everything. The people in France were totally uncoordinated. The contents of the boxes did not agree with list. We got a simple one liner from Brimar saying” we’re sorry” that was it! They are totally unprofessional and useless very very disappointed with that company please don t book them. A good business would have refunded some of the money they charged us but nothing like that was done just sorry ?

Avoid !Besides damaged items (because they had not been properly stored in the boxes, for example books were not flat in the boxes), 3 boxes magically disappeared... they never made it to the container that was exclusively used for my moving out. Absolutely no recourse unfortunately and it seemed to be the least of their problems. No particular order in the boxes (for those I was lucky to receive), a kitchen item would end up in the bedroom box and vice versa...Extremely disappointed, they offered no solution, no excuse, and of course no financial compensation.
