Amazing selection of kitchen and bath hardware, accessories and tubs. Carlo from the Stanford store who we worked with through 2 bathrooms was great. Always returned calls and estimated the supply chain delays perfectly, which for contractors on our side was a great thing. Looking forward to working with Carlo and Best for our kitchen.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Donna at Best Plumbing in Stamford. She has been incredible to work with! She is so knowledgable, and was with me every step of the way during my apartment renovation. She was always available to answer my questions, and troubleshoot any issues quickly! My items arrived on time and in great condition. It was a pleasure to work with her, and Best Plumbing will be my go to resource going forward.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!I bought a kohler sink that was hard to find due to pandemic. Since they are local stores, I bought the sink over the phone with confidence. They told me that I had to drive all the way to their warehouse to avoid shipping cost which I did. When I picked up the sink, it had cracks along the drain area so I returned the item at the local store. The salesperson Donna said it will go back to my credit card in a few days. I totally forgot about it and just checked my credit card a few days ago and realized that they never gave me my money back! I called them several times but nobody picked up my phone. I left a message to Donna directly and never got a callback. I had to go through my credit card to dispute my charges. I’m not sure how they are still in business with this kind of service. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. as a practicing interior designer, I was very impressed with best plumbing - until I was spoken so rudely to by one of the service providers that I left the store. I decided to give them another shot and order a vanity from them as it was a beauty and in my budget. Not only did they submit the WRONG order for my vanity, they did not order it until well over a week after we paid, nor did they follow up with us- it was only after we saw too big a charge that WE discovered THEY made a mistake. a vanity we ordered in early December will not be coming til the end of February because of their sloppiness. The final straw? I was on hold for over TWO hours and not a single employee picked up the phone.. the battery wound up dying! I am extremely displeased with this company and their lack of professionalism and customer service.

Annoying — it’s a showroom with a lot of space and room and they carry on about having a dog and having to check with other customers and pet allergic employees. First ridiculous response I’ve ever had to having a dog with me while visiting a home showroom. Won’t be placing any of my multi-family or residential projects with these guys ever again. Done.

Best plumbing is the best, it's a wonderland of bathrooms and kitchens. If you go you must have Patty (in Stamford, CT) as your salesperson. There is no one more knowledgeable and with more experience! She knows the merchandise and can build you the bathroom or kitchen of your dreams.

If you are given a list of places to go look and purchase materials from your your contractor, save them for last. I appreciate the safeguards taken because of covid but the customer services was horrible, he could not wait to get rid of me. When it was obvious I was wasting his time, I finally told him I would walk around myself. To which he went back to his desk. Perhaps he felt I didn't look like someone who had money to spend. Im going right back over to the two other business in town that we much more appreciative of my business and purchasing every last item needed to renovate my master bathroom. They are not worth your time or money. You can everything they have elsewhere.

Best plumbing store in the Greenwich / Stamford area. They really stand behind their products and are competitively priced. Everyone that I have recommended to BEST has been 100% happy with the service. See Joe or John - they are excellent at helping with all plumbing needs.

First, let me say that our experience in selecting our tile was fine. Janet, our salesperson showed us around and seemed knowledgeable enough about the products. The trouble began after we decided on what we wanted to purchase. I had called and emailed multiple times throughout the week, attempting to place our order...no response on the email, and the phone message simply stated that all salespeople were busy. (Yet, every time I walked in, 3-4 salespeople sitting at their desks). I went in on a Saturday, saw Janet, and explained that I couldn't reach anyone. She said that the phones and emails were not always working. Really? How do you run a business without the ability to communicate with your customers? Anyway, she gave us her cell phone number. I placed the order. About a week later I got a call saying the order was in. I came in at the end of the week to set up delivery. Janet was out, so I met with another saleswoman. She scheduled the delivery with me right there and charged my card. On Wednesday, the day of the delivery, I took off from work ...no one showed up. When I called, I was told that the delivery was never scheduled. Not sure how that is possible as I was standing next to the women when she theoretically scheduled the date, but mistakes happen. as I wasn't going to take off any more time from work, I asked if they could come after 4:00 pm or on a Saturday. I was told that you don't do that. So, to summarize, you make an error, and you make no effort to rectify the situation! I got a call from Janet later that same day stating that they would drop off the material in front of the garage later that same day and I didn't have to be there. I agreed. So I get home from work, and I do not find the tile I was promised. I called Best and am told they delivery people canceled it...WTF???? So you have screwed up a simple delivery..... twice! Again, no plan to make it better, just to schedule another delivery day non-convenient for me. I finally get the material delivered. Or so I thought...the grout wasn't delivered, nor was the saddle. So again, I go into see Janet. It turns out then when the tile order was placed, no one bothered to place the grout order. I was also told the saddle won't ready, and would be for another month. I order the supplies on August 18th...how could the saddle not be ready until October? They delivered the grout a few days later, but I got a text from Janet stating that the company doesn't make that size saddle. If you ordered in August like I was told, how are you just finding out 4 weeks later that they don't make the product? The only conclusion I can draw is that it was never ordered, which, based upon my entire experience with your company, came as no shock to me. So I ordered it from another location, for 1/2 the cost incidentally as I was charged for a saddle that was twice the thickness the project required.

We recently renovated our master bathroom. From start to finish we had a positive experience. Joe Davis was knowledgeable, patient, provided guidance, respected our price point and pleasant to work with. He followed up on appointments, phone calls, emails and delivery dates. When a disappointing or challenging situation presented itself Joe stayed on top of the issue until it was resolved. We are thrilled with our new quality bathroom and appreciated the one stop shopping opportunity in exchange for compromising and contending with a place like Home Depot or Lowe's. We encourage others to make an appointment with Joe and benefit by someone who has the ability to guide you throughout the renovation process that at times can be somewhat daunting.

Supercilious unfriendly sales help. I wouldn't spend a dollar at this snobby Outlet. And I'm already telling everyone I know what an unpleasant experience I had here. No attempt to understand my requirements or to give me an overview of what services and products were available. What good is a beautiful showroom if your sales help is stuck up and unresponsive to customer needs?

Usually very good service and products. Last time I went, they closed 8 minutes early as I was walking up. The next day, the manager replied to say he'd address the issue. Thank you!
