Terrible! Warning to all nonprofits avoid Bank of America. They are just trying to open accounts to take your money and they treat you like a number at the DMV. Legally they were not allowed to open an account for an nonprofit due to not having usually forms such as 503. They put this nonprofit at $16.00 per month and noticed a year later that they were not authorized under law to care for it or from the branch manager said the account should have never been open. The former chair holds responsibility and the bank lack In communication for a year. If went to a community bank, they would have been more honest, transparent and trustworthy.

Because you have 2 things a zero fees and a excellent loan officer who is very professional . They are good but the Bank of America is the best Bank in America. I was working with home depot but are higher interest in the market plus 2.5% origination fee , and will be get the money in 8 days laborables . I was checking reviews and so far Bank of America is the best option because I believe they are brokers , also BoA have my mortgage for around 15 years no late payments and pretty decent score. I hope everything goes smoothly and excellent. Again Mason is a excellent loan officers that's the principal reason I stop looking for Camilo Lopez I'm not sure last name but awesome professional too , Patricia who work in the office is very friendly as the another people working there , so 5* for Bank of America high ridge road stamford ct .

If I could give zero stars I would. I recently to open up a new account specifically saying I wanted to be removed off of my mother’s account. I now have two accounts both of which are under my mother, one has all my money in it and is completely locked so I can’t use it. Now my card is being declined and I have to contact the fraud department in order to access my account. There was no fraud and all I came in for was a new account. Never been more disappointed in my life and now I’m unable to use my card at all.

Terrible. This branch only. Every time I go here they are very nice, but there is usually only 1 or 2 tellers working. In a main branch. Where five major roads, including 2 numbered routes (104 and 137) come together.Today there is only 1. Better go to the Glenbrook Branch. They get busy sometimes but I've never been in a line of more than 3.37 Church StStamford, CT 06906

Walked in and saluted all the tellers. Silence. They seemed utterly miserable. Proceeded to cash 3 checks. The teller helping me never made eye contact, never greeted me and mumbled every word. A second teller came out of what seemed to be a psychological dungeon to "help"--as there was an "issue" with the checks. They spoke to each other about the "problem" (in some gremlin language) but were unable to formulate coherent sentences when asked to explain. I asked them several times to provide me with a way to avoid these holdbacks but they ignored me completely. I didn't exist; they didn't want me to exist. I tried to remain kind but one of the tellers made this face at me--the kind of face a child makes to their parent when they don't get their way and behind their back-- a squinting of the eyes and a puckering of the lips while rocking their head from side to side. I was shocked at her behavior. I questioned her on it and she apologized. What grown employee behaves like this? The manager came over a couple of minutes later. She was unable to provide anything constructive or helpful. Her 3rd grade English was unbearable. I shooed her away---she was no manager...just another lifeless cut-out cardboard figure getting paid to do nothing and hired to fulfill some "diversity" quota. I walked out with all my checks cashed. There was no issue with my checks. The only problem was the tellers incompetence, rude behavior, laziness, inability to communicate and utter contempt for customers. The BOA staff almost looked drugged. Zombied-out. Dead inside. I work with all types of people. My job is to provide my company's clients with great service. I bend over backwards for them and I feel good doing so. I also deal with stressful situations and needy clients. I problem solve in order to accommodate all clients. I would never act like BOA staff did. It would embarrass me to death.

So sad and terrible here. Everyone is depressed and really treats people like the TSA at the airport. There is only one teller!!! I only came in to deposit a check for a vendor who does business here but oh no - this is why I bank with CHASE.

Do not deal with a gentleman with the last name Cappola - He completely lied to me regarding a CD interest rate (claimed 1.7% while all other banks were around 1%). After a few months I realized that the rate I was receiving was only .7% and went back to this location to argue. He completely denied saying this and there was no budging otherwise. He also lied to my son while opening his business checking account - claimed free starter checks and a month later there was a check fee on his account. Again, he claimed that he never said this, but we called BOA directly to get it sorted.
