This guy has a bad demeanor and is very unprofessional. I can feel his aggression when I asked him questions, I just let go of everything and left because I was uncomfortable.

I went here last year around Christmas and it wasn’t the best experience but let me tell you, things have changed! New staff new management and they were so nice and friendly and willing to help me with everything! 10/10 would recommend coming here!!!

Called and needed some clarification about. Trade in and off gate the employee who answered the phone was RUDE. He wouldn’t let me speak and then told me I couldn’t trade my phone in for and promotional value. Which later I found out was false because I went to AT&T in the Stamford mall and they were a huge help and actually told me my phone was eligible for trade in. DO NOT COME HERE got to the one in the Stamford mall instead. Trust me

Horrible customer service. Especially from Jaime (guy with long braids), he was arguing with us and telling his co-worker how bad he wanted us to leave (right in front of me) when we needed to solve a problem with them, it made me uncomfortable how he was talking back to us. All he kept doing was pacing around clapping his hands violently and saying he wanted us to leave so that he can go get food at the wienery. Other Co-worker was sitting on his chair playing loud videos on his phone with his feet up and laughing at the situation with Jamie. I contacted apple and many other branches, they all said my situation was fixable and were confused why they couldn’t resolve my issue and that this store does not know their own policies. We got everything fixed at the norwalk at&t without them arguing. I cancelled my services with at&t recently. Definitely racist people at that store.

Very bad customer service. The whole crew was careless and not willing to help. They did not want to check my account and kept telling me to call 611. It was very disrespectful ignoring my questions and request.

Still an odd company. This last round was checking my account and seeing that I should upgrade (for me) my existing sim card. I did that. Waited over a week for it to show up. Then I got to spend far too much time trying to get the sim card out of the current cell phone. I had to call Customer Support, which turned out to be unhelpful, then I tried their online chat which oddly followed the save script of rehearsed questions and responses. I was told there was a tool to pop open the tray to be able to access the sim card. I wasn't provided one, which the Consumer Support fellow argued about that I must have one. Eventually gave up and thanked him despite him being unable to help me. The online chat followed that same pattern. I eventually went to YouTube and after watching half a dozen examples I realized that my phone does not have a sim card to replace? According to the Customer Support fellow that if I don't replace the card then after they merge with AT&T my phone will stop working. I told him if that happens then I will buy a new phone from a competing company instead of ever stepping into one of their stores. Nice folks overall but a rehearsed script and then hours later after checking YouTube examples realizing I might not have a phone that has a sim card despite the Consumer Cellular site saying it needs and upgrade.Try another company.

The manager needs to know how to treat customers. He was so rude and disrespectful, not willing to check the account and look into the question, ignoring my questions, and maliciously smiling. Terrible attitude. Stuff is leisuring with feet on the table, loudly listening to music. Customers are completely ignored. Not sure where the regional and district management looking at. SHAME ON @AT&T

Me and my husband had the best experience this weekend working with Ibrahim, he was able to get our family switched over to the network and explained everything so simply and honestly. Definitely going back to see him to get our kids devices with him!
