Been here twice both for screen replacement. First time around definitely not a pleasant experience as was told it would take 30 minutes to replace the screen over the phone yet when I dropped off the phone they said it take about one hour. After waiting almost 2 hours I left the phone there till the next day. Also I was told they would have temporary replacement phones but once at store they said they don't have that option at that store but suggested, I should just purchase a new one and then return it. (I didn't do that.)Second time around Booked the first or second appointment in the next morning. They said it Would take about one hour to fix. , I left the mall and within 20 minutes received a text saying my phone was finished. Just very inconsistent in this aspect.

Better than the Greenwich location. I live in Greenwich and drive to the SONO location because it’s just a much better experience

This by far the worst Apple Store in the country. The stuff is not flexible at all even is simple matters. I had an appointment for repairing a broken back glass of my daughter's iPhone 13 under Apple care that takes hours to repair. Knowing this I arrived 1h earlier because I had an emergency at work with the expectation to just wait a bit to drop it off and pick it up the next day as usual (if you have 3 kids you know how it is to get the phone for repair and they brake it often) but Damian on the reception couldn’t be more unwilling to help. No we can’t help you or wait until someone become available, you have to leave and book another appointment if you can’t come in exactly on time because we are busy! I came back and the store was empty, (picture attached) and as a payback they had me waiting for 1h for someone to come over and help.The store on a Friday 2pm was almost empty by the way…. I am an Apple fun boy for 20 years since there was no iPhones around but this a first time i visit an Apple Store with such a bad customer service.

In reading the other past reviews there seems to be an issue at this store with its lack of customer service and support.The good news for me and Apple is I had the pleasure to be greeted by Precious.She approached me and my daughter asking if we needed assistance.We did.My daughter just purchased the 15 Pro max and had trouble pairing her watch.Within 10 minutes Precious had watch and phone paired and all other issues resolved.Then with patience, and her absolute knowledge of the process she helped me transfer my XR to my daughter’s 12 Pro Max.I hope the store manager reads this review and insures that Cupertino is aware of Precious and her consummate approach and attitude.

This place has the worst service reps I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Useless but conseited all at once. Apple produce poor quality products and expect you to be thanking them gratefully when they replace them, even when it takes two trips to the store to make it happen. I will never buy another apple product. The bad apple in the consumer electronics world.

Had to extend my parking another hour because I was left waiting without any acknowledgment from staff. Said they couldn’t help after 5 minutes of troubleshooting. Be prepared to waste your time

I’m not sure if race plays apart in the attentiveness of service here but I sat for an hour and 30 minutes before being helped , very uncomfortable

The Apple Store at SoNo collection is an explosion of wondrous creations. From their classic iPhone to their newest HomePod, the Apple Store is incredible.Their iPads are always gaining new features, better software and more. Their music and TV platforms are equally innovative, and they’re always expanding in every direction. This is the same with all of their other products.The only reason it’s four stars is their service: the “Genius” who assisted us was very unhelpful, and did not even allow us to exchange an old device.

I met Bryan and Rodrigo today. Both gentlemen were very patient and kind when I arrived with my Mac mini, I phone 14 and a new IPad. I was having problems since I have Optimum as a provider for tv, home phone, cell phone and computer. I have always thought that if a job is well done, it should be acknowledged. Nice store. I bought a new laptop and I was in and out. Some salespeople are more knowledgeable than others. The first sales associate on Saturday listened and offered solutions to fit my needs. The second sales associate on Sunday was an order taker. So, the short story is to find the most knowledgeable person and also it helps to do your due diligence. Good luck!!!

Went in 2 months ago for an Apple Watch 4 that was not holding a charge and getting hot. A rep there (Seema I believe) ran diagnostic and confirmed battery was a dud- sent it out. Somehow Apple thinks it's acceptable to replace a 399 dollar watch with a USED device- instead of giving me credit toward a new watch. Bad service Apple- not cool.

Always a great experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely kind and helpful. Orders for pickup are always fulfilled on time. Plenty of staff to help so usually almost no wait. I’ve shopped with them, done repairs, and returns here and every time has been a pleasant and easy process.
