I am a newer resident and have found this place to be a fantastic home due to everything from the building amenities to the friendly staff/residents that reside here. It is the perfect amount of quiet while being so close to downtown Stamford to get some noise when needed. To keep this review short and sweet, it has been an amazing place to call home and would recommend looking into 163 to anyone interested in the area.”

“I have been living in this building for almost 2 years now and I want to say this is the best apartment building in Stamford. And what makes it best is not just the amenities offered , or the apartments itself, it’s the responsiveness of the management. The management here is so good, and the take care of anything raised promptly.

Also they take care of the building so well. Everything is updated/ renovated timely making the building look always new.

And our building engineer Miguel is the highlight of this building. He is extremely helpful and is always just a call away for anything we need to get fixed or for any of our question's or concerns. would give one extra star for him. :)) .”

“This was my first place of stay in Stamford from 2023-2024. It was great to live in this apartment considering the cleanliness, maintenance, prompt response to any issues. Ashley(Manager) is a wonderful person and she will take care of you in the best most possible way possible. She's understanding, considerate and highly approachable to your requests all the time. I got to give a special shout out to Jason and team(maintenance) who are incredibly professional and excellent in their work. Our parking was an issue in the early days but then navirano and Ashley sorted it out with issue of new passes. I highly recommend this place for your safe stay, close to downtown and to a lively and vibrant neighborhood. Thanks to everyone who has made my stay the happiest at Bedford Hall.”

“I'm signing my lease for my third year here and can't say enough about the building! My apartment is a true 1 bedroom with a great amount of space and natural light. The staff are very nice and responsive whenever anything is needed. The location is also great as the building is walking distance to the main strip of bars and restaurants as well as the library and a Target!”

“The amenities are good - gym, pool, etc - never had an issue with those. The maintenance team is very prompt when resolving issues. The overall building is in good condition, although I'll say the garage door breaks semi frequently. I've never had any issues with the two units I've lived in and they're good quality. The current leasing staff is friendly but disorganized, honestly you get that with any company managed building though. The building is in a great part of town, free street side parking for guests if visitor spots fill up and its a 10 minute walk to downtown. Overall a decent livable experience & I would recommend it.”

“I just have to say how amazing Cristian Garcia is. He is an exceptional maintenance supervisor. He is a smart and efficient problem solver. I always find him pleasant and super responsive! He never disappoints and is always happy to help out. He and his team always follow through!. From Jonathan to Julian they are pretty awesome too! It says a lot when you see the folks behind the scenes keeping this place humming and are always with a smile. We are so very fortunate to have such a wonderful team of professionals. Meriem and Alyssa are amazing too. Always service with a smile - even the cleaning folks are super sweet and helpful! AJH Mgmt I hope you treat this team well as they deserve it! “I dropped into Vault Apartments leasing office without notice and also at the end of the day. The person at the reception was very kind and asked the leasing office if I could still come in. Donnella McRae was more than happy to get my information and quickly set up a tour of the building and available units for the following day. She made the whole apartment hunting process easy and stress-free. On-top of having a wonderful, fun and bubbly personality she was also very professional. It is really great to see someone who seems to really enjoy their job and also goes above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you Donnella!”

“Moved in 3 months ago. Absolutely love the apartment, love the facilities. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly (special shout-out to George and Tino who drives the shuttle that takes you to the train station every morning for free!). Pool is great, gym is great. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that since I moved in the dryer machine in the apartment is not working. I have opened several tickets for maintenance.

Edit: the dryer was fixed and they were great about it ”

“We lived at the village for 4 years. Although it may not be the flashiest apartment complex in Stamford, what attracted us was its affordability, size of the apartments, and great location right in the middle of downtown. Management is OK. Not always the most responsive or helpful, however I didn't have any significant issues while living there. Residents are generally respectful, and noise complaints are addressed appropriately. The gym is a nice bonus. The package room is a bit of a disaster at times. When you move out, they really expect you to clean the apartment impeccably, despite the fact that they send in a professional cleaning crew after you leave. We got a surprising fee for forgetting to wipe down the inside of the medicine cabinet, a job that takes two seconds. Overall in the end, the village served our purpose and we lived there very happily.”

“I live at wescott and I absolutely love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Jerry and Alicia. The building is a bit old but the management has been renovating everything so nicely.
Also the apartments are huge!”

“I’ve been here for almost 3 years and I really love it here it’s such a kid friendly area I have great neighbors and maintenance comes in asap whenever I put in a maintenance request. Office staff is also very friendly ( if you treat them with respect, you’ll be treated with respect also) I’m really happy here and hopefully my next renewal id love to up grade to a 3 bedroom apartment.”
