My husband and I love the Stamford Anytime Fitness. The gym is super clean, has state of the art equipment, and great owners. The trainer (Frank) is great. Also being 24/7 is a plus! Very welcoming ❤️

Been a member for about a year. It’s a great gym. All the equipment I could want and all of it virtually new and well maintained. Also exceptionally clean. Frank is welcoming and helpful. Glad I joined.

Love the gym. I didn’t know they had another level where you can lay down an stretch or do push ups
