People when you're looking for and insurance for your home do not DO NOT ask for quote their gonna steal your money even when you haven't sing anything, and if you get lucky and see some money back it's not gonna be the full amount.

Do not accept insurance from them. They approved and I paid for a full year of insurance 2000. Then 1 month and ten days after I closed on the house they canceled the insurance because they thought I had 4 tenants in the house. I told them the house is a single family house no one is renting a room and that's not good enough for these jack wagons. 2000. For a year and 1500 back for a month of insurance. The worst experience yet! Now I have to sit on hold just to get my monthly reduced back to what it was! YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING FREE MONEY FOR NOT DOING WORK! Unbelievable! You don't think your consumers know the difference between wear and wind damage! Now I gotta pay into escrow because you guys couldn't do your jobs correctly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Home insurance is one of the biggest thefts of Americans currently. You get paid monthly to steal and when it comes time to do work you make excuses as to why you won't fix property damages! Thieves and criminals!

Horrible insurance company that does poor business. We went through Geico who outsourced to this company. They promised to have insurance policy completed within 24-48 hours. We submitted everything on Tuesday and by Friday we still did not have a policy. They said they wouldn’t have it completed until at least Monday. After reading the company reviews I would rather pay more somewhere else. I think it’s poor business on Geico’s part as well to outsource using a company with such poor management and reviews.

Premium too high compared to home and personal property in other parts of the country.This company gives no discounts for home security or years of no claims. My home is fence in andhas ADT security and they don't consider a discount.

Our Oil Tank dropped a load of oil shortly after being topped off. Called State Environmental Agency and they said to call the insurance company to have them look at the tank and get in touch with a recovery company to remediate the damage. I did both and 3 days later, the Claims Adjuster showed up. (Everywhere you look for information, the word is "quickly" start to remediate.) The Remediation Company was here the next day. The Adjuster said "I'll get back to you". 5 days later, he did and said "We don't cover 'wear and tear'. I asked what they do cover... not much it seems. This company is not worth the 1.2 billion dollars they rake in every year... Don't insure yourself with these people; if you do, certainly do not have anything in your house older than a few weeks... They don't cover WEAR AND TEAR.

Garbage company. I was involved in a motorcycle accident and it took 5 weeks to get it to a shop to begin getting worked on. My riding season is over now and it's all thanks to this incompetent insurance company. Don't waste your time or money with these guys.

Our insurance broker hooked us up with this "affordable" insurance company for coverage on our boat. We had an incident during a strong storm with heavy winds that caused significant damage to the outdrive. This insurance company is now refusing to cover costs of parts and repair. They will be losing our business once this issue is over!

Paid for my insurance policy on Oct 30th.....today is Nov 14th and still haven't received my insurance card in the mail yet. Called twice in November and still nothing. I live in New Jersey so I can't print from online as the state requires an insurance card with a watermark. I cancelled my previous policy on Nov 3rd thinking I would have the new cards.....now can't drive the car until I get it in the mail. Seriously, what incompetence.
