Extremely professional and efficient! They moved my baby grand piano out of and down a very tricky staircase. They were very quick and efficient Yury knows exactly what he’s doing. They transported my piano to my home and set it up for me giving great suggestions for spacing. I really appreciate the care and professionalism you will not be sorry you used their services! Amadeus Piano moved my piano this morning and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. It was a difficult move up outdoor steps and around a tight landing. In fact, the moving company that had moved it along with my other belongings from CA to CT (for a hefty price) took it out of their truck onto the pavement and then told me they could not get it up the stairs and even if they could they knew from experience it absolutely could not get around the landing. (By the way, do not EVER use Colonial Van Lines no matter what BS they try to sell you! With my piano sitting on the pavement on Christmas Eve, their office told me my choices were (1) the movers leave it on the pavement or (2) they put it back in the truck and take it back to CA! I kid you not! Luckily I have family in town with a garage which is where it ended up.) Knowing the piano had been sitting in a cold garage, Amadeus kindly agreed to move it the next day, over the weekend. While getting the piano up the steps and around the landing admittedly was not easy, the Amadeus team managed it quickly and carefully. Icing on the cake…the entire team was a pleasure to work with. If you need a piano moved, Amadeus should be your go to team!

They are completely knowledgeable, talented and personable; a pleasure to have in our home; with polite and excellent communication. Yury from Amadeus Piano first came to our attention because we needed to have our 9’ and 1000-pound concert grand piano moved locally. Yury and team, always professional, fitted us into their schedule promptly and for a very reasonable fee. Their expertise was obvious and the move was flawless.A few days later, when we were having the piano tuned (by a tuner of long standing) a string was unexpectedly found to be broken, but the tuner did not have a replacement string with him. Yury, who also tunes and refurbishes pianos, had an appropriate replacement string at his home nearby, coming to our rescue.We were impressed by Yury’s knowledge and experience, also by his willingness to come our aid without question and without delay.When we have any piano-related concerns in the future Yury and his Amadeus Piano team will be at the top of our minds - we cannot recommend them more highly.

It’s rare to find people whose good taste and wise counsel match their expertise, so I regard myself as incredibly lucky to have found Yury.He and his merry helpers came to move my grand piano for a rug installation. They could not have been more accommodating and were a pleasure to have in my home. Not only did I feel confident that my piano was in good hands, but his patient listening and thoughtful suggestions helped me to chose a location I had previously dismissed, which I now absolutely love.I wish I had known of him when I first got the piano. But I’m sure glad I know him now. He gets 10 stars from me.

One of the best companies we dealt with by far! They came all the way to Southbury to help us move a baby grand into a trailer. The very next day that we called them. Brought everything that was needed and even helped us move a couch. Extremely nice and fair prices too!!
