Just say you don't want to do a project. I needed 15 pdf packets printed and turned around same day. Yes, my fault for same day. But to charge custom everything for a hole punch is just ridiculous. The guy was so rude when I am already in hurry. It's sad because I love Alpha graphics and am shocked by the customer service. $300 for 15 - 20 page color prints ? Get out of here.
