Many people can say their "pet" was special, but very few actually had the kind of bond me my Paula Jade had. We were like soal mates from day 1. When we met, adopting a cat was far from my mind especially a random black stray, but there was something different about her as if she were sent to me on purpose.
I had to put Paula Jade to sleep Mothers Day Weekend. It was so freaking hard for me. Over a month later i still feel a tremendous loss, one ive never felt before even with actual family members passing. I am crying sitting here writing this. This is to give you an idea of the inpact Paula Jade made on my life and how badly shes missed.
With that said it should be noted i wouldnt expect anything less for her funeral. I spent time researching creamation services. I live in Long Island NY and felt as if this place was worth my drive all the way to Conneticut after i done so and spoke to the owner on the phone.
WELL WORTH IT.
I also had the oppurtinity to drive my baby to Conneticut where she never been right before she was creamated which to me made it even more beautiful and something to remember.
Please give this place a shot they are very caring and do good work... PROPER work. Not like some of those places on Long Island that lie to you.

So kind , went above and beyond in the cremation process. Beautifully done. I was able to hold a beautiful memorial with the final pieces that All Pets provided me with. Really helpful, responsive, and supportive. Thank you for doing what you do.

Exceptional customer service and compassion. Despite the short notice, we were able to hand deliver the remains of our beloved pet within hours of her passing. Very reasonably priced considering the dignity and individual care you and your loved one will receive. Thank you Sarah and Staff, we are lucky to have found you ????

Losing our beloved 15 year old lab was one of the most devastating losses we could have ever imagined. Sarah at All Pets made that burden just a little less heavy with her incredible compassion, empathy, and professionalism. We truly could not have asked for a better experience when transitioning our pup over the rainbow bridge. Thank you so much Sarah and everyone at All Pets for treating our boy with such dignity and respect in his final moments. Truly a blessing to work with such an amazing organization for such a difficult time in our lives.

The most amazing people- on one of the worst days, they are so kind and professional when we were going through an awful time. Nick and Brandon were so caring when they picked up our cat. So thankful they were here for us.

We are so grateful to the kind lady at All Pets Crematory. It was a very sad day for us but her sensitivity helped a lot. We received our kitty Jett’s ashes back today and included was a lovely framed picture of him.

Losing a loved family member is excruciatingly painful and difficult. When we lost Margot, our family cat, we reached out to Sarah at All Pets. We were greeted with compassion and understanding of our loss. She was so lovely and caring throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Sarah and All Pets, you and your beloved pet will be treated with compassion, dignity and respect.

I would highly recommend the services provided by All pets crematory. Sarah was genuinely sympathetic to what we were going through and very helpful in our process. She even included the plate and screws that were in my beloved dogs’ arm in a separate bag from his ashes. That means a lot to my wife and I. We now have something special to treasure about him. Thank you Sarah !

It was our first time coming here and Sarah was so kind and compassionate during one of the hardest days of my life. Milo’s passing was sudden and unexpected and we were able to make an appointment on the same day. Sarah explained the process and gave us extra time with our beloved Milo. When we went to pick him up, she was able to use our preferred photo for his memorial box and now I have a very special keepsake. I’m grateful for all the kindness and patience from everyone, including All Pets Crematory, during such a difficult and sad time.

Sarah took such great care of us during one of the hardest times. We lost our cherished Annabelle after 16 wonderful years and Sarah showed the utmost kindness and care for both our little lady and us. I could not be more thankful.

We have been coming to All Pets for a few years now. Unfortunately our beloved pet rats only have a 2 year life span so we’ve worked with her a lot. Sarah is always great, she’s easy to work with and makes the entire process easy. They always do something nice with their paws and will include a card and some sort of little memorabilia. It’s the little things that make a huge difference. We are always secure and happy here and will remain loyal costumers for a long time. Thank you for all you do!!

Absolutely awful. It's tough enough to lose a pet, but to go through the indignity delivered by this group is devastating. Unanswered phone calls, no return calls after 3 messages left in the early morning, finally getting a reply at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday, only to be told, 'sorry all our technicians have left for the weekend, it will cost another $150 more to bring them back.' Heartless. Unprofessional. Unethical. Stay as far away from this group as you can.
