âI usually go to the First County in Norwalk because of Family members working there (more trust because family), but this one is just as good! I was helped by a Teller Supervisor, Dominique, and I have to say, her customer service was 10/10! Its as best as it can get in terms of customer service and speed of service!!â
âFirst County Bank on West Main Street is my FAVORITE bank! I am always greeted warmly when I walk thru the door and the staff are always pleasant. Anna Marie Socci has been incredibly helpful to me. I had a problem with an unknown fee on one of my accounts and the dispute office and no one else in West Main could figure out what it was from. I was totally frustrated and about to close all my accounts when I finally got to Anna Marie and in 30 seconds she told me where it was coming from! Needless to say, I kept all my accounts and have even opened more after being able to work with Anna Marie! So grateful and happy customer!!â

He and all of the staff make you feel like family no matter what I am need of at the time. He was exceptional specifically in 2020 when I was hospitalized with Covid. âWe had a great experience at this Chase bank location and loved working with Ricardo. He was very knowledgeable, engaging, and considerate. He helped us to efficiently set up a new checking account and order some new credit cards and also taught us some new things about shifting balances on credit cards and some tips to maintain a pristine credit score. He was also a very nice person with good energy and contagious enthusiasm.â
âI opened an account quick and easy with the manager who was friendly, polite, and professional. A few months later I went back with a paycheck and she was helped me right away. Went over direct deposit real quick with important helpful info. Amazing customer service.â

âNorth Stamford is a really great branch. Wayne, Antonella, Shahana, and Byron are very helpful and get my transactions done efficiently. The Branch Manager, Mirella, and Assistant Branch Manager, Connie, are really friendly and extremely helpful. As for the Teller Supervisor, Laura, she is also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The North Stamford Branch is one of the best branches Iâve gone to. I would highly recommend this branch for all your banking needsâ
âLiving in the neighborhood, this is my go-to Bank of America. It never disappoints. Stacey-Ann is very helpful and kind! For example, on a busy week day at the bank, I had an issue with a check that took some research. She not only resolved the issue but she helped many customers who walked in simultaneously.Ebonie A. is likewise great! She always has a positive attitude and itâs always a quick withdrawal or deposit process.â

âStaff deserve 5 stars âď¸, most of them I know for over 14 years. I drive from Port Chester, NY to this location just because of the staff but this location in particular needs more than one teller, there is always a line and people seem to be upset because the wait is too long. You have the best staff in the area, people do like coming here.Some people canât use the ATM for all their banking needs.ATM canât never replace a teller, please consider adding one more teller.Hope this review helps.â

âEVERYTIME I come into this chase bank I am treated with the best customer service. The staff are very attentive to detail here in this location. The manager is always making sure everyone is being taken care of. Thereâs a lovely bank teller named Lisa, whom I had the pleasure of being assisted by yesterday. She was the most kind and socially intelligent woman I have seen in a long time! Definitely recommend this chase location to anyone who likes to be welcomed and treated with respect. Great team!
