I usually love acme, but today I went to buy some cupcakes for my daughter and she’s about to take a bite when she sees it’s gotten rotten. It was fuzzy and didn’t smell good. I check the sell by date and it was past due. You could get sick Is you eat this so please be careful! Not buying anymore cupcakes after this!

Needs improvement (less worse than 90-days ago). I’d fire half the employees because they obviously are unhappy and don’t care about their work. The other half are helpful and very nice. The isles are way too thin. I bumped into a woman and she gave me a nasty stare. The checkout needs a lot of improvement. The woman was closing her check out to move to the next one over. They do not take the customer needs or desires in account. The good news is that it’s now on by Kroger and once Kroeger gets to it, they’ll fix it. It’s very exclusive neighborhood. Can’t stay for much longer. Their only competition is Trader Joe’s, which is 1000 times better.

They do not update their website inventory. It's happened a couple times where it says that they have in stock products they don't have or have not sold in a while. Or even products the website says they dont have in stock but I know is in store. Better off going to Stop'n'Shop unfortunately. Sorry if it's a corporate issue, but if not, fix it.

I have gotten rotten food here on multiple occasions, despite the expiration date being farther out. My son drank milk that was due to expire a month later that was sour. Overpriced ice cream bars that looked like they had melted and been refrozen and were crusty when I opened them - and most recently, a dozen eggs that were half cracked and the other half were stuck to the cardboard container. Food quality and proper storage is questionable at this location.

Grossly overpriced and product lacking, "supermarket" that tries to present itself as a quaint marketplace...appealing to people who don't care about cost.
I gladly drive 16 minutes to Stop n Shop unless I'm stuck for something simple that I need quickly (had to explore the store and poorly labeled aisles just to find simple baking soda).

Small aisles, difficult to get 2 shopping carts past each other especially near the bakery. The staff are AWESOME it's just an older store that's smaller so sometimes limited selection.

What a joke what market doesn't have baskets? Unprofessional cashiers on there phone cursing very careless. I have been a Customer for years but haven't been there in a couple of months its a waste of my money to buy out dated food. The meat is bad and smells .My only best experience was the funny spanish upbeat customer service lady that showed me how the app worked very helpful they need more workers like her ,she gets that star.
