I've been using A&S pharmacy since early February of this year (2024). I started because of its convenient location near my home, but didn't utilize them earlier due to their limited operating hours.While the staff is professional, I've found that they can sometimes be a bit rigid, which leads to miscommunications.One thing that would greatly improve the experience is an online system for prescriptions. It's frustrating (and inaccessible) to rely solely on phone calls for information; and even an email system feels outdated. An app with real-time updates with basic answers such as when you last filled a prescription, how many refills you have left, and things of that nature would be a game-changer.Despite these drawbacks, I appreciate their competitive prices and reliable delivery service. However, there have been several instances where they seemed unsure about their own area, despite being so close by to me.

Wow! Prices are similar to local big chain pharmacies AND delivery is free! I’m regretting that I didn’t know about them sooner. Have been recommending them to my friends and family.

They are so incredibly helpful with all your needs and makes sure you aren't over paying for your medications! The staff truly goes the extra mile! Switching all my prescriptions over to A&S as we speak!

3 hours before they closed I ended up in the after hour call center and was told that 42 callers were ahead of me. I never received my urgently needed medication. Never experienced such an inadequate service. They should not be allowed to conduct business, especially as a pharmacy that deals with customers that need their medication. I will also inform my health care provider.
