Horrible customer service, will never order a cap from them again. They don't answer multiple emails. Will not answer on their social media even though the owner is very active on there. They stole customers' money with no regret and no explanation.

The transparency to their customers and their business/customer service is so unprofessional. Preordered a hat back on 11/23 on a hat they said would arrive and shipped to me by April ‘24. No word on its arrival nor have I gotten replies to any of my email messages. Feel scammed! Stay away from this shop…
