I wish there was an area where you can give as many stars as you feel necessary. This
body shop has performed miraculous repairs for as long as I know them. Once you give them your car to repair, they handle a rest. Chris is the utmost professional in his position. I have never met anyone who works as
hard as he does to satisfy a customer. If you are unfortunate enough to be in an accident, just
call First Choice . Do not even call other shops to get quote.

I recently had my car repaired at 1st Choice Auto Body, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Chris, Annamarie, and the rest of the team were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and just so nice! They walked me through every step of the process. My car looks brand new again! I highly recommend them to anyone!

I brought my car here after it got side swiped, and they did an excellent job. I was quoted 2 weeks for the repairs but it was done in just over a week. Great quality work, particularly when your car has a lot of electronic components that need calibration. Highly recommend them!

I hit my car when Taking it out of the garage.
I brought it to 1st choice and they fixed it on the spot!!!
My car looks amazing and I'm very very happy with the service.
It is indeed my first choice from now on.

At the moment it's a 3 because I called earlier in week to drop off an estimate today - Saturday. I arrive to be told by uninitiated co-rentee of place that 1st Choice closed because of a christening. I understand just wanted to drop off estimate from insurance and 1st Choice can call me. Mr Uninitiated starts giving me lip about they're not here, you shld hv called then takes a call and leaves the room and doesn't return. Amazing customer service. I left estimate on counter with note and contact information. I patiently wait for 1st Choice to call.

Had to have some work done recently and 1st Choice (who I've used before) came in lowest and did a great job in less time than I expected. When I picked up the car, it was not only repaired but also spotless inside and out. 1st Choice will be my first choice for repairs going forward though like everyone, I hope I'll never need them. Chris by the way is a pleasure to work with!

Bob, the owner, is a rare find with high integrity and commitment to his business. He has a professional approach to his customers by explaining the work timeline in details, delivering on the promised date whilst the cost is fairly reasonable.He fixed 2 of my cars in 2022 (MBC300 new SUV) and an old Volvo for taillights replacements, bumpers repairs and some serious scratches. What an amazing experience with Chris and his team!We were wowed at the outstanding job they did when we came to pick up my fiancée's car. They even went as far as cleaning the entire car! We received the car in better shape then when we purchased it.Can't say enough good things. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
