I just have to say how amazing Cristian Garcia is. He is an exceptional maintenance supervisor. He is a smart and efficient problem solver. I always find him pleasant and super responsive! He never disappoints and is always happy to help out. He and his team always follow through!. From Jonathan to Julian they are pretty awesome too! It says a lot when you see the folks behind the scenes keeping this place humming and are always with a smile. We are so very fortunate to have such a wonderful team of professionals. Meriem and Alyssa are amazing too. Always service with a smile - even the cleaning folks are super sweet and helpful! AJH Mgmt I hope you treat this team well as they deserve it! It is hard to find good honest and trustworthy people and it looks like you have them all in one place!!! Thank you all for all the good work you do!! I certainly appreciate you guys!! YOU ALL ROCK!!

Honestly love living here. Very well maintained and cared for building. Leasing and maintenance staff are all super kind and extremely helpful! Cristian always goes above and beyond! Highly recommend living here!

101 - replying to your comment. If you had “amazing service” your solution here wouldn’t be early termination. Since your promises went unfulfilled you suggest we move out so you can replace us with another tenant? How is that ethical and sustainable? You just aired that onto the internet lol. Not a good look for future residents to read.place is declining fast. i was warned they treat you well when you first move in and then you’re pushed to the side. this is unfortunately accurate. they promised me nearly 2 years ago that all the floors were going to be repainted. it is now nearly 2 years later and my floor is still not painted. there are only 15 floors here. they will tell you they prioritize painting the apartments for new move ins instead. i don’t care. don’t promise me an upgrade on my tour and then it’s TWO YEARS later and it’s still not done? the carpets are DISGUSTING. the coffee machine is not functioning the majority of the time. if you like the luxury of having your car in a locked garage at night well then don’t move here. the amount of nights we’ve gone with the gate wide open is insane. they had a company come clean the windows the first year this management took over but then that stopped. i had to try and clean my own windows with a juliet balcony…which is impossible. the turnover rate for the concierge is also insane. i don’t care that you use an outside company to provide concierge service, the bottom line is this building can’t find consistent staff and can’t find reliable staff. one tenant had to inform the office that a concierge had an ankle monitor and a DIFFERENT concierge was smoking weed in the bike room. the screen on my microwave became unglued and fell down…maintenance replaced it with a “refurbished” microwave. looks like they found it on the street and they tell me that as long as it’s functioning that’s the best they can do. they installed it with sauce stains and crumbs which was absolutely nauseating. i requested to move parking spaces months ago and understand i have to wait for someone to move out. MANY people have moved out and you’re telling me nothing has become available? …the entire leasing office as well as some maintenance staff live here at a fraction of the cost and get prime parking on the first floor of the garage yet tenants paying WAY MORE GET NOTHING! i can’t even get a microwave replaced that is clean with no dents. im tired of this place. i have expressed my concerns to meriem it has now been a full week with no response. don’t try going into the leasing office to speak with her because she won’t be there or she’ll be “busy.” there are many many nicer, newer buildings in the area. don’t waste your money here. and if you tour here any time the pool isn’t open, i’ll let you know they’ll take the cover off come summer and reveal the stunning (sarcasm) 3 foot deep pool. which is a free for all in the summer. come one, come all. invite your aunts sisters cousins neighbors friend and everyone they know because there’s no maximum guests! and if you have a view of the pool well… enjoy :)

I have been a resident here for a little close to a year now. Out of all the places I've lived, I love it here the most. The leasing staff was extremely professional and helped me every step of the way since the moment I moved in. The property manager, Meriem, goes above and beyond whenever I reach out. The amenities definitely make living here worthwhile and they keep all the gym pool and clubroom areas super clean. I LOVE LIVING AT 101!!!

Just moved into 101 from the city and WOW, it's been a fantastic experience from the start. Alyona is amazing!!! She walked me through everything and was so thorough and helpful beyond what I expected! Plus, the events are a blast! They really make you feel at home. Honestly, I'm loving it here and can't see myself leaving anytime soon.

Moving into 101 Park Place was one of the best decisions we made while living in Stamford. We loved the layout and details of the apartment, Meriem and her team are awesome, they always were there to help us if anything was needed and went above and beyond so that we could call the place our home, they also organize great activities for interactions with other tenants. Christian and the maintenance team are great and efficient, even though we never had any major maintenance issues, they were always there when needed. The cleaning ladies, Rosa and Maggie always had a smile on their faces and made sure the common areas were clean. Last but not least, the concierge team, Victoria and Reggie. Hands down the best concierge/front desk service in town, friendly, professional, from how they manage visitors, receiving packages (never had a lost package), providing immediate assistance to knowing every tenant by name. 101 Park place is a great place to live with great people there to take care of you.

During the time I lived here, management was absolute chaos. The neighbors directly across the hall from me were in the process of being evicted..for two years..for damage done to their unit, both inside and outside, amongst other issues. Despite bringing up my safety concerns multiple times, I was ignored. These tenants even damaged my front door, and a mixed meter issue between my unit and theirs led to multiple power outages. There are plenty of nicer buildings that are safer in the area. Run away.

I moved into this apartment building about a year ago and fell in love with the apartment and location. The team at 101 Park Place has been amazing and very helpful in every aspect. The property manager is very kind and is always accommodating towards the tenants. There are many events that take place in this building and a lot of restaurants and activities are nearby. The amenities are great and always kept clean. This is one of the best places to be!

I have only been living at 101 Park Place for a few weeks, but I was extremely impressed with the leasing team and the attention to detail. I had many questions when wanting to move in, and they were just one call or one email away. If you are looking for a building that pays attention and does a thorough job, 101 Park Place should definitely be on your radar!

Been living at park place for over four years and I really like it. The leasing staff and concierge are very helpful. Julian and Christian from maintenance are the best, always very attentive to requests. And Reggie is the man!

This building cannot be in a better location right in the heart of Harbor Point. We have lived here for just over a year and a half and they have really been striving to upgrade the building to keep up with new buildings in the area. The lobby has been re-done, there are resident events monthly, there is a new pool table in the common area and we have been told more upgrades are anticipated in the new year. The leasing staff are particularly great at helping solve any issues that arise and are super kind and helpful when it comes to lease renewals. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because maintenance can be slow. There is only 1 primary person to fix all the issues in the building and while he is phenomenal once he is able to make it to the apartment, it can be annoying to have to wait to get things fixed. Overall we are incredibly happy living here and definitely would recommend it if you are looking to live in Harbor Point.
