Lost track of tank level and Williams was quick to get out the same day! The woman on the phone was super nice and the delivery man was as well! We will definitely be getting oil exclusively from Williams from now on. Thank you guys!

Prices are a little lower than other services in the area and the employees that come out are always friendly. But the ordering and billing process is such a pain!
If you call to order oil, they have no problem charging your card automatically when they deliver a day or two later. But if you sign up for automatic delivery, they will not charge your card automatically. They make you sign all kinds of paperwork agreeing to let them store your card info and stating that you will pay for whatever they deliver. But they won't charge the card. You have to call in just to say "Yes, charge the card on file." And then they want you to tell them how much to charge! Don't they have this info in their records??
So either you have to remember to keep checking and ordering oil, or you have to remember to handle their billing process for them. It's like they can't walk and talk at the same time.
The whole point of automatic delivery is to streamline the process. This isn't it.
Oh, and if you want to order oil using the order form on their website? Don't bother. They just call you and make you repeat all the same info verbally.

We just moved to the area and when I called them to get oil I was told because my road conditions were “not good” they would not deliver. I said “it’s not that bad, and we are pretty much out. you’re not even going to try?” And her response was “sorry no” we have a child with a medical condition and they weren’t even going to attempt to deliver. The road was perfectly fine as attached photo shows. I called another local service and the man was super nice and said he would take care of it. Don’t waste your time here!

21 Years No Complaints they are there when needed and Boiler cleaning, maintenance always a great Price! Very friendly and helpful staff. Until I go heat pump no other oil boiler and oil service for me!

We have been using Williams Fuel Oil for about 10 years now, they always deliver when they say they will and when scheduled services for Furnace, Oil Tank and Water Heater maintenance happens each year they arrive on time, are very friendly and charge less than competitors.

Having live in my home for <30 yrs and having had multi me oil companies over the years - Williams Oil is BY FAR the best of the the best. Great techs awesome customer service and overall great business practices. I would only recommend them to anyone and have done exactly that time and again. Just a great staffed and ran company! I have to say that I am very pleased with Williams oil company. We had a very bad storm on a Friday night and woke up to no heat Saturday morning, our oil burner kicked back soot and shut down. We had no heat. We have a wood stove but very little wood. The roads were so bad on Saturday and the storm was still going strong. I called and they came out asap, first thing Sunday. They worked on it for 3 hours. We got heat. Later that night we had another problem with it. It's was 11 pm they wanted to come right out, I said it could wait until Monday. They worked on it for 3 hours Monday and didn't charge us for the work they did. Our boiler was a mess! Williams went above and beyond what they were obligated to do. Kevin K. Is an excellent service technician! I appreciate all they have done for us. I highly recommend them. Thank you Kevin and Williams fuel!!!
