Outright miserable office “ladies”. Thi was my 2nd and last horrible experiene with high grade propane. The 1st incident, the office lady doesn’t even greet me at all, and automatically has that miserable attitude. She sent me a contract that stated the anual payment is $7200/yr instead of what it was supposed to be ($72/year). Which she confirmed but she didn’t wanna re do the contract.The 2nd incident I spoke with another lady. She also did not greet me and was rude and mocked me. I asked a question regarding the same issue in the first part of this review to see if she could address it and she was extremely rude and laughed. Never using this company. I will spread the word. Horrible customer service people representing this company. Dear mr owner/operator, READ YOUR REVIEWS. Make a change.

I’ve been doing business with high-grade for years, they’re very reliable, respond quickly if needed and the pricing is always very fair. Everyone I’ve dealt with from the office to the drivers has been very pleasant I highly recommend

We're in our second home now where High Grade has installed our underground tank(s) and provided deliveries and we have nothing but good things to say about them. If you're looking for anything propane related, look no further than High Grade Gas.

I've been a customer of HGGS for over 25 years in multiple locations. Never had an issue with their work, delivery or service. Nelson and his team are great people to work with and safety is their highest priority!

We discovered on a Holiday weekend that we had a leak on our propane tank that caused us to run out. Andy came out on the holiday and found the leak and repaired it and provided propane so we could have our hot water back. We greatly appreciate their prompt and friendly service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The delivery driver are nice but everybody else is extremely rude. The office staff is awful. They refuse to tell me when I will have my delivery except sometime this week. I can't believe that the owners allow these rude woman to represent there company. Why work in customer service is your miserable???!!! I will be looking into a new company this summer.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. The rudeness and disrespect they display is difficult to fathom. They ignore requests for fill ups at 40% and say if you lose power call. Don’t waste your time with this company because you’ll be sorry!
