Awesome storage unit! My card was compromised and the bank sent me a new one. Unknowingly, I forgot to change my payment on file with Stafford storage. I had accrued a late few and they kindly removed it without me even asking. They were very understanding of the situation and glad to help!

This place is great with the friendliest owner and workers around. It doesn't look brand new from the outside, but inside it's like new and clean as can be. Multiple entries for you to come in and out with great hours. This is the place if you need storage in the Stafford area. Look no further.

the gentleman that rented me the unit was great and when i found out my wife had already rented another unit he was more than willing to reverse the charge. absolutely a stand up facility and the units are awesome. neat and clean

Clean convenient and easy to get in/out. Carts available to move stuff. Not temperature controlled but seemed to be low humidity so maybe humidity controlled.

I called to get unit prices. Stafford Storage is the only Storage place that doesn't list the monthly rates on their site. I he gave me 3 unit prices but would tell me anymore. Storage places that are not transparent with the fees, usually charge people a perceived value and will provide a cost per customer. If you look like you can pay more, you will. I am sure this place is safe and clean, but the customer service and management seem shady at best.
