Not only do we have to suffer through loud weekends all summer but now during the week some guy just drives around in circles all afternoon and it’s the only thing you can hear throughout town on what’s supposed to be a quiet fall day. I can’t even enjoy a peaceful sunny day outside because of these people. So annoying.
