this pharmacist will refuse to fill necessary and urgently needed prescriptions on a whim. ON A WEEKEND. all bc she has paranoid delusions about instructions she doesn't understand. clearly, this woman wants to be involved in your healthcare team, and she does not care if you don't want her there. my friend had a terrible experience trying to get a prescription filled, kinda ruined our weeked, and now I get to let everyone know. don't risk it, use any other pharmacy if you actually need your prescription

This location moved from a bigger building than it is now, I would have given it 4 stars, but because this town is so small and has hardly anything to do in it I loved going to Walgreens at night when I needed to get out of the house to walk around and now it’s like a closet compared to its new location, but it’s still nice.

The pharmacy and staff are usually very pleasant and on the ball. I have not encountered any issues so far. I recently switched from CVS in Stafford because they always had some issue w RX or something not right... the drive-through line was ridiculous. Sometimes waiting up to 15/20 mins or more.. certainly not convenient. Even inside the store, there's always a delay of some sort..Also The pharmacy staff is also unpleasant and kinda rude.Walgreens has impressed me so far with their promptness and accuracy. I'm glad I decided to switch.

I had an emergency doctor appointment today (Saturday). Diagnosed with bronchitis. 3 prescriptions were send to the Pharmacy. I arrive at 1220 and Its closed! No more weekend hours! Theres a sign in front saying to pick up in Springfield, Ma, a 30 minute drive each way. Mind you, I am running a fever and can barely stand. In turn, I had my doctor call the prescriptions in to CVS. When I get there, my insurance wouldnt cover the 3 medications because Walgreens processed my prescriptions even though the pharmacy where they were sent, was closed. I had to pay out of pocket. I will be reimbursed come Monday. However, I am livid! I am taking my two medications that Walgreens fills per month, totaling 50k a year, somewhere else. They do not deserve my business.

I just visited Walgreens in Stafford Springs, CT and had the pleasure of meeting Sonya. I was disappointed that during my last two visits I didn't receive a coupon to earn rewards. Without the coupon the reward points are very minimal. Sonya is very professional and greeted me warmly as well as providing tips on saving money online since there were no coupons. I think it's very unfortunate that Walgreens is not participating in distribution of free N95 masks. Overall, thanks to Sonya I had a pleasant experience.

I’ll admit, it feels a bit weird to leave a review for a convenience store. I feel like most folks typically stop at these kinds of places out of necessity, not out of expecting a superb customer experience. But, while I was at this Walgreen’s tonight I saw a great example of retail management that I know isn’t easy to come by.One of the employees had gotten nail polish remover spilled on themselves while stocking shelves. The shift lead, who was checking me out, alerted one of the other employees to check for spills while the other got himself cleaned up. When the employee who had the spill came up to the register, the shift lead showed empathy and attentiveness; she asked if he was okay, ensured that the nail polish remover had been washed off the employee’s skin (presumably for the safety of the employee), checked his clothing, etc. All the while she paid adequate attention to me while checking me out. She greeted me kindly, checked for coupons for my purchase, and even laughed at my jokes. This story may seem like a very basic example of human decency.. but I worked in retail for most of my teens and twenties. I know first-hand that retail management doesn’t always have a genuine investment in the well-being of their team members. However, I felt that this shift lead cared about her team, which is so important to me as a consumer. I only wish I would have caught her name so she could get adequate recognition!
