Nice clean store. Quick service. Bought wiper blades, was helped by employee who pointed out blades that were on sale then installed them free.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and looked up some parts for me and even gathered some of them for me. The one item that they didn't have they ordered from a nearby store and had it the same day for me.

I used to use the Advance in Ware, they were great. I've used the one in Windsor, also had great customer service. Today Stafford lost my business over an $8 set of blinkers after giving me the wrong part, and then refusing to take back the opened package. Had I been the one to take them off the shelf, I would've understood. This isn't the first time I've been given the wrong part, but it is the last time from this branch. Luckily there's an O'Reilly's a few buildings down.
