This is perhaps one of the dirties Cumby stores I have ever entered & the lead Shanaka never once looked at me or spoke to me just took my money and gave change let's just say I would have rather had an encounter with a rabbit.

Just went there at 730pm.. employee sitting outside having a cigarette says pay attention to the sign on the door..smfh..sign says closes at 11pm but right now we're closed due to floor cleaning..bad customer service

I love this place, i always find what i want, the workers are kind and quick to serve. They have the best chicken wraps and and basic breakfast sandwiches.I just wish they didnt have to feel compelled to say hello to everyone that walks in the door because they usally appear very busy and truthfully i like to walk in and shop around before conversation.but otherwise the place is a warm stop on my way to and from work, coffee, cigs, lotto ,gas, food...Love this place !

One of the dirtiest stores I've been in a while. Soda machine is a legionair disease dispenser. Gas and cancer sticks is all its good for.

Not happy bought 4 10$ cards gave the guy 40 .. got home 2 didnt work looked back at receipt he voided out 2.. then on receipt said I gave him 40 and he gave me 20 change.. well that didnt happen.. I didnt catch it till I looked at receipt when to go say something with my receipt and he acted like he would recant them and they should work now..if they dont by morning the manager is getting a phone call.. if I woulnt have kept my receipt I woulda been screwed out 2 cards and 20 bucks i wonder where the 20 went you think he gave it to cumbie till? I doubt it. Just they way it was handled i know this scam has happened more then people relize..check your receipt if you buy more then one card or even then.. something is not right up there ..scamming...well if the store is loosing money you know who has sticky fingers.. I will never buy anything in there ever again and always check my receipt and get your receipt without it I woulda been totally screwed..so nice try guy!! I just cant believe what a slick scam it is. The store wouldnt catch it and the employee is pocketing alot if he does it to even a few people a day.. I cant belive how slick I gave him 40 cause I thought I was buying 4 he scanned all 4 then voided two .. so without that receipt I woulda never caught that it said that and he gave me 20 back even though there was no change I was buying 4 10 dollar cards.. pretty slick cashiers I'm just one person coulda easily got me for my twenty he screws 5 people a night that's 100 bucks in his pocket.. well cumbies if your cards havent been working people bringing them back if they are smart enough even if code is scratched you can return with receipt. Well that's why your gift cards and game cards arnt working management Cuz you have sticky fingers there better pay attention.. if I was reading this dont buy any kinda reload card ,gift card, game card here..if you do check your receipt and make sure it's all right change and right .. he woulda got me if I didnt keep my receipt and I usually dont. But I've never had a problem with one card nevermind 2. From same place. 2 out 4 somethings fishy.. well I figured that person's scam .. he ain't getting me.. watch out up here and always ask for your receipt at least.

This store has never looked better since Lisa Marie has been back. Everyday everyone gets such a warm welcome when we walk in the door I for one am very happy to have her back in our Cumberland store

The regular employees are very friendly and are hard workers. Whoever is running the place certainly knows they are they only convenience store in town because their prices are quite high for anything inside.

Was waiting in line for a coffee with my friend and there was a lady that came in after us and the guy making the coffees totally skipped us and took care of her. I think it was very rude and disrespectful and I called to make a report and they hung up the phone in my face. Very poor customer service and picking others before you that’s already been standing there for 10 minutes
