I have used Fairfield glass for my kitchen cabinets, and now for a recent shower enclosure. The experience has been excellent. Designing the format and choosing the correct type of glass for my shower was a breeze with Kia. Thankfully she was able to use a CAD program to for the design that eliminated the need for metal frames on my glass that competitors proposed. Her prices were much better than others, especially for the premium glass.Alvaro and his installation team were prompt, professional, and meticulous, and took great care bringing in all the glass and cleaning up.Thanks for everything!

There is no better place to go than Fairfield Glass, I have been using them for over 20 years. From table tops to mirrors to shower doors to screen and window repairs and even a custom aluminum framed screen with aluminum channels for installation. I have always received great service in a timely manner. There is a wealthy of knowledge here making sure you get the right glass for your needs. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Did not use them. Their pricing is 50% more than their competitors. Flippant on the phone. My guess is that they do so much business they couldn't care less about losing a few customers due to their pricing. Try Conn Plate & Art Glass Corporation instead.

Everyone I know uses Fairfield Glass for their remodeling projects, and now I know why!Sara and Kia were amazing to deal with.When I first called for an estimate, Sara was so friendly and helpful. She got right back to me with a quote. Of the three places I called, only Sara called back and was prompt and professional. I felt like I was talking to an old friend.Once I decided to work with them, Kia guided me through all of the considerations regarding the glass elements of three projects. She is super knowledgeable and VERY VERY experienced. She helped me avoid some costly mistakes, and Kia’s guidance really saved $$$$$. She was determined to help me, and she even helped me source contractors for different needs we have for our home.Most importantly, Kia went ABOVE and BEYOND with excellent service. She personally came to our home to oversee the installation and placement of her creations. Kia and her installers spent over an hour getting just one of the orders PERFECTLY situated. They took so much of their time just to try to make everything extremely precise. Kia also took a look and advised me on a huge master bath renovation. She has great insight and design advice.I trust Fairfield Glass with all of our projects, big and small. They are THE BEST!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not use them under any circumstances. They do not return calls or emails. Rude on the phone and not helpful. Even if you go in there an try to move things along, it does not help. They do not care about their customers and do not seem to want any work. For 2.5 weeks I have been trying to replace the glass in a storm window and now they say I will have to wait another week till they return from vacation. No one else there is willing to help move things along. Mean while it is freezing cold - The coldest week of the year. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this company. Time for this company to close its door permanently.

We live in Westport and have typically used Westport Glass, but our interior designer recommended we consider Fairfield Glass. We sent them measurements and other information and they didn't follow for 11 days when they did finally contact us, they weren't at all apologetic. When we said we were disappointed we had to chase them around for close to 2 weeks, their response was not an apology. it was "i'm sorry you feel that way". when it comes our home we want to work with a company that treats us as important. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be Fairfield Glass".

I had them come to measure for a few things I needed. The man who came to measure was very nice. The estimate came in higher than another I had received so I called to see if they could do any better. The man on the phone was extremely rude to me about it, but I decided to order one of the items anyway. Two weeks later I hadn't heard back from them and just now spoke to someone who said they aren't able to complete my order. Terrible customer service and horrible follow through!

These guys are amazing! We needed 3 large pieces of glass for tables at the waxing spot in Westport (we clean 5x a day so nothing but glass will do) They did a perfect cutting with secure rounded edges.. Quick, easy and with quality! Highly recommend!!!!
