“After getting engaged I was visiting my parents in CT and decided on a whim to check out some dresses with my mom and sister at Plumed Serpent. I live in California and I honestly didn’t think I would find my dress here (it was my first time trying on any wedding dresses and it was on the completely wrong side of the country from my home). Lindsey was a dream to work with. She listened to my likes, dislikes, and budget. All of the dresses she pulled were gorgeous, but I fell in love with the second one I tried on.Given that this was my first time trying on dresses, I didn’t think I could purchase the dress right then and there. The dress selections weren’t as nice and the experience wasn’t as nice.I eventually realized that if I was comparing every dress to the dress at Plumed Serpent then I should just get that dress. I called Lindsey to order my dress and she put every worry I had about shipping and alterations at ease. She found several alterations options for me to use locally in CA and really made the whole process completely stress free. My dress arrived well before the expected arrival date, leaving me with plenty of time for alterations.I cannot say enough good things about Lindsey and the whole Plumed Serpent team. They are professional and accommodating and you can feel how much they care.”

“I got my dress from this store and while my original fitting experience wasn't fantastic, when I went back to change the size of my dress, Jess and Christina completely made up for it. They had me try on different veils, which I didn't for the original fitting appointment, and went out of their way to make sure I left the second appointment feeling like I got everything I wanted out of wedding dress shopping. The salon itself was beautiful, clean, and I couldn't have been happier with my dress.
