My 2007 Honda CRV had a worrisome loud whirring noise that I couldn’t get to happen again. And it wasn’t the type of noise one should ignore! John was able to find and fix the problem! He also did preventative maintenance and tuned up the car. Dave made sure I was provided estimates and asked if I want the work to proceed each time they found a problem that needed to be fixed! And both John and Dave provided timely updates by directly calling me. Excellent service - as always - by two professionals who know cars and how to run a business! It’s rare these days to receive superb client service and experience!!!”
“David and his team at Unlimited Autobody in Fairfield are outstanding in both their high quality of work and excellent customer service. We have used them for three separate repair jobs: a rear-end collision, a parking lot hit, and a broken windshield.David always makes time to educate us, give advice, prepare us for conversations with insurance companies, and advocate on our behalf with the claim reps and adjusters. He's an expert on dealing with the insurance people, and will do his best to instill urgency in them, get them to pay for OEM parts, car rentals, etc...all the things consumers should expect but rarely receive without a fight.I always appreciate a small business owner who consistently demonstrates a passion for taking care of customers, and David is one of those people. “Updated: I came back to Lobalbo for a non insurance issue with my car and once again it was a great experience! They ordered my parts on Monday and the parts were there and ready to be installed next day! I only had to wait 30 minutes which they let me know of in advance! The mechanic fixed my window motor and turned off my check engine light without me having to ask, which was a huge help. This place is great and I will definitely keep using them! Their prices are also reasonable and they don’t try to up charge you which I love

“Just picked up my car from being serviced. The level of care and attention to detail is amazing. Shane Hyland and his team diagnosed the issue and completed the repair promptly. When I picked up the car Shane was replacing the key fob battery as it was registering a low battery warning. It's a little thing but it symbolizes the way you are treated at Devan. They take care of everything.”

“I was looking for a good and trustworthy mechanic for my vehicle repairs. Summit auto repair came recommended by their repeat customers. I just had a great first time experience today. My power steering went on my pickup truck. I spoke with Edwardo, a couple of times on the phone and he handle my vehicle when it got towed into Summit. He was vey nice and professional. Brian, one of the owners work on my truck told me exactly what needed to be done and asked me If I wanted to move forward. I said yes and parts were on the way. He showed me the old parts that were replaced and explained why. Great service ! Got my truck back and fixed the same afternoon. Needless to say, I am know a customer and will be taking my vehicles to Summit Auto.”

“Can easily recommend. Front tire sprang a leak 2 days ago and had a hunch I should really get them all replaced (I drive a lot and it had been a few years). They confirmed my hunch, and got me a good new set of all-season tires. All in all, even with no appointment I was in and out in under 45 minutes from parking to driving away, owner and staff seemed very knowledgeable, polite and communicated clearly, and I paid about $200 less than the last place I got them replaced at. I'll be back!”
