This has to be the worst branch in CT. No other choice in the area. Comparable to going to the DMV. Slow tellers and always 5 employees sitting around on Facebook while the line keeps building. If the branch manager sees this please step your game up. Real close to switching my business account to TD.

I felt like the clerk was treating as if I was stupid and like I was about to rob the place. I went to another Webster bank and did not get a fee to write a check. Never coming back here

Horrible horrible bank Our account was hacked and $1100 was withdrawn by a company in North Carolina we never heard of. When a similar issue happened 2 months prior we were advised by the vice president of the southington branch that changing the account number was not necessary. He was Jason Taylor. Today Jenny Perun the assistant manager laughed when we kept asking questions and was useless. She did not even know how to handle the dispute process. Stay away from this financial institution
