I had a great experience at the Southington Walmart eye center.I was unsure of what I was doing, needed help getting my prescription from my current eye doctor, and needed help picking out the best frame for my face. All of the technicians were super helpful but Celine took care of me and made me feel great. She was super knowledgeable and patient, and explained the whole process to me. All around nice experience here purchasing glasses. I left in a great mood. Thanks again Ray, Alexis and Celine :)

The eye Dr. at the Wal-Mart in Southington was not personable at all and I felt so rushed. $109.00 for a 6 minute exam. Asked me a question and while I was answering him he interrupted me and asked me another. I only spoke 5 words. Seemed very rude to me. After the exam I was treated like I was an idiot. If it was not for Elizabeth, the technician I would have walked out. She is amazing!! I will be back for glasses but never again for an exam.

Pleasant Experience: Staff were Prompt & Professional. Was Given a Variety of Selection for Frames and Affordable Pricing Options. As if things couldn't get any better; My Glasses Arrived Before the Estimated Date. Staff was Caring and wanted to Ensure that I was Satisfied before leaving. I happened upon Options for Summer Eye wear as I Could get Basic or Prescription Glasses that are Affordable; as Staff was responsive to questions of that area. Definitely Recommend and Return. Thanks!
