sent my package back to sender without a final attempt redelivery notice or even trying to redeliver. Redelivery notice did NOT have signature required checked so I filled it out online and said to put it on the porch or in the mailbox if room. Instead received a second redelivery notice filled out the same except the new online number did NOT work at all "invalid" never got a redelivery notice with the "final" attempt box checked off they just sent it back. If more was needed from me on the redelivery notice I would think it would have been filled out as such.

By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had in customer service. The guy in charge, claims his name is John, is completely disrespectful!!! Called yesterday and today about a package and he was just as rude yesterday as he was today! Horrible service!

Awful experience. Was waiting on a personalized gift for a month, 150 dollar value. Receive a dirty mailing label, clearly ripped from the package, in a plastic bag stating they are sorry the postal service damaged my item and hope it’s not an inconvenience. You mean you’re sorry someone stole my item since it’s no longer with the mailing label?!

Never had a bad experience with staff, they are very friendly and answer all my questions. They are efficient. The line can get long, especially during prime hours.

After calling this office and being told that mail could be picked up after 3:30 PM today, when my wife asked for her mail at the window at 4PM she was told that it was not available and would continue to not be available until the path to the street mail box was cleared. I have no problem with clearing a path to the mailbox if the town of Southington plowed the street within 10 feet of the curb, but they haven't. More importantly, who told my wife that she could pick up the mail?
