“Had Doug do a pre-purchase inspection on an older car (78 Trans Am). He was prompt, took good notes, and performed a thorough inspection. He identified quite a few key areas that the dealer either didn't know about or hadn't chosen to disclose. Quality of the report was concise and he provided photos and videos as well. Very reasonable on price too. Would definitely use him/them again if I lived in the area.”

“These people are fantastic. My tire blew out and all it took was a phone call and a picture of the tire and they came out to replace it within a literal hour. They also were able to provide me with two aggressive quotes to replace the tires immediately as well. A true god send in a very scary situation. 10 stars if I could.”

“Angie, the assistant manager, was great this morning. I had a schedule appt for 0800 for a tire leak and she let me know she was waiting on an employee to come in to look at my tire. After just over an hour she said she would try to see what the cause was. Shortly after she had my tire plugged and good to go all by herself. In that time frame, 3 other customers had come in for appts and all three left because in the 90 mins I was there, the employee STILL hadn’t shown up. Angie deserves a lot of recognition and praise for stepping up and doing someone else job to satisfy a customer. Corporate needs to put their foot down on the employee that didn’t show up for work and costing PepBoys revenue cancelled appts. Thanks for the help Angie !”
