Store is always unorganized, not enough cashiers, and their drive up service is horrible . One worker on a busy weekend…..this Target needs new management for sure

Worst tagert in Connecticut they are supposed to make exclusive stuff 1 or 2 per customer but instead allow 1 person to clear and take all the products.....don't go if I could do no stars i would....management do better...

Store is seriously disgusting. Has been dirty and half empty for years. Trash outside always is overflowing, bathroom inside are nasty, everything is thrown everywhere and the shelves are half empty. And self checkout being closed at 9pm during Christmas is so dumb. Store should close for a couple days in January to clean that mess up.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love Target......online. But the Southington location has been a disaster for way too long now. I typically avoid going into the store because it's always such a mess. But I had to do an in store return recently and decided to walk around...within a few minutes I left because of how disgusting the store was. And I got to the store right after they opened...but you would have thought the store was mobbed all day long when I took these photos. What happened to cleaning up the store after closing to start fresh and clean the next day? That is definitely not happening here. How can Management be ok with this?

The store is always a mess. Can barely shop with all the stocking carts that are always in the aisles. Managers here are the worst, most unfriendly and unhelpful employees the store has. I visited the store today, 9/4 at 10 am. I asked for help at the customer service desk on an item that scanned price unavailable, the woman was less than enthused to be working and offered zero help. Whoever this is working needs to go back to training and learn how to actually deal with customers or don't work in customer service. I used to absolutely love coming here, I used to shop 2-3 times a week. This store used to have great pricing and awesome clearance. Now it's crap. Not worth coming to anymore. Won't shop here again

Customer service is horrible. I sat in the electronics department for 15mins. I tried calling the store number to get the guest services they never picked up after an additional 10mins.

I don’t believe everyone is washing their hands in the bathroom because only one soap dispenser works. The corresponding sink does not work. Only one dryer worked.

I’ve been going to this location since 2019 and it’s by far one of my favorite target locations; however, my shopping experience has been going down hill. Firstly, whenever I shop, I’m harassed by cell phone carrier gentleman. I get they’re trying to make a sale, but it’s been recurring in every visit and it gets so tedious. Just let me be and browse—they’re not even part of Target I believe. Secondly, the loss prevention lady made herself too obvious around the isles going in and out of the back eavesdropping on my conversation. I get they’re doing their due diligence, but it becomes way too obvious and uncomfortable. The inventory and product are really good at this location, however the morale and shopping experience have dropped at this store.

Good shopping experience if you’re not black. I don’t understand why I had to have security following me around the store the entire time I was shopping. A truly belittling experience.

Horrible customer service, they charge the wrong price, won't even verify, just argue and refuse to do anything. Store management is also just as useless. There are also long lines and a lack of registers open.

We bought beef brats on may 18th. Went to check the sell by date on them the other day, and they expired back on 2/28/24. Uhhhhhhhhh wow. Tried to call the store and no one bothered to answer.

Gone downhill. Never Enough registers open and only two of the self-checkout were working. The people that work there on the floor are Pleasant and helpful but after 20 minutes of waiting to check out I just left. I blame the management
, that is their job to manage the staff to ensure that customers can pay for their purchases in a timely manner.
Or how about coming out of the office and actually getting behind a register and helping out.
