I needed HP ink for my ancient HP8600 printer. The On-Line internet prices were $58. The Staples Store $66. I told the cashier of the prices on the internet. He verified what I said and he MATCHED the price. Satisfied Customer

Heaven was such an amazing employee, helped me redesign two business cards I need for an event, picked up today and even better than expected. In a corporate environment we're service is not always a top priority I felt my needs were important to her as well. The workforce can use more people with this mindset

If I could give them a zero I would.
For 10 years I’ve been using Staples as my UPS mailing system at least 2 times a month and Friday Mar. 16 , 2024 I went to mail a UPS package as usual at the Staples in Southington, Ct.
The young man at the shipping counter said he didn’t recognize the standard UPS ground shipping label from UPS main warehouse that I’ve used since the beginning and couldn’t process my package. He called for assistance.
Another young man came and scanned in my package and said he couldn’t process my package . I told him it comes up unknown and I just get a receipt .
He said again it can’t be processed !
I said I’ve been here doing this transaction for a long time and I’ve was always given the courtesy and service to mail out my package.
Since this young man couldn’t help me . I asked for a manger . He said he was the manager . Very angry about the service I was given I said again, I’ve mailed this here at your store for 10 years without a problem . It can be done but he didn’t even bother to try and get assistance from another source on how to process my package. He just kept saying over and over I can’t process your package .
This manager “ Nick” clearly was not properly trained nor had any personality to handle my request ! It’s a shame that your employees cannot try nor attempt to help their customers
Your store is of no use to me since your employees are not there to help the public !

Left store parking lot at 9:15am, they were supposed to be open at 9:00am. Found what I needed at Walmart down the street. Try hiring people that show up to work.

Ordered some posters I made for a friend, as part of her anniversary gift to her husband. Not only were they printed extremely well and beautifully done, but they were way ahead of schedule!I was told 1-3 business days, when I ordered them within an hour of the store closing and got an email that they were ready before that happened. I couldn't believe how fast they got both printed out and ready to go, especially considering the quality behind them!

Print department doesn't provide adequate value. I needed to print a flyer for an event. It was quickly composed so the dimensions were slightly off. The price nearly doubled to shave 1/2 an inch off 20 pages. Staff didn't communicate there would be a fee.Minimum wage jobs for corporate companies are terrible so I can't be too upset with the workers. Occasionally I've received excellent service here but most of my experiences have reflected the poor compensation.

Keith, Steve, and the gang are the realest. They did not try to upsell us the most expensive printer, but rather, they were honest about their opinions and guided us toward an educated decision.

This Staples location had a fairly good selection of merchandise. The store was clean and organized. It would have been helpful to find more staff available to answer specific questions on when certain items may be stocked in the store.The prices were significantly higher than other office supply stores. This may be due to the fact that they carry a lot of namebrand items.There is plenty of parking right in front of the store.

EDITED TO ADD: BUYER BEWARE AND CHECK THE PRICE ON THE WEBSITE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING. I returned the chair I bought because it was hurting my back. The staff were easy to work with but I was charged $50 more than what the website advertised. I was told they would "price match" their own price on the website but I had to drive back to the store to "return" the new chair in order to get the lower price. This is shady. Not cool at all.I have been searching for a new comfortable computer chair for a week and ended up ordering a LazyBoy Aberdeen through the website for 1hr pickup at this location. I didn't want to get my 2 kids out of the car and Zach was kind enough to come to my vehicle and even found the chair I had just purchased online for less money and was able to offer a discount promotion to have it assembled and covered under warranty. I appreciate his help and being so accommodating!

Absolutely horrible. 5.60 for 8 black and white copies. Machine was messed up. 16 black and white copies ended up costing me 16.80. I can't believe it. I will never go there again. No customer service. No help.

I stop by last Friday to print out some pictures. But the pictures came out too small and I asked to young lady who works there, if she could make it big. But she said that she couldn't do that and I was very disappointed.But I was sure another woman who works there could be able to help me. so I tried again this morning and of course "Yes". She find a way to get it done.Now I knew her name is 'Debra' and Thank you so much for your help all the time.
