I went to the town hall to renew my dog's licenses. The clerk who helped me was extremely friendly, kind and patient. She went out of her way to assist me in completing my dog license renewals. Thank you for a wonderful way to start my day!

I picked up my marriage license here a few weeks ago - not from the area (not even from Connecticut). Staff were very professional and they even gave us a free pen!

The community is close knit. There is so much to do and so many great restaurants. One can live in rural a neighborhood and then drive 5 minutes and be in town.

Been here a long time.
Great community if you love socializing and volunteering.
Good schools that welcome parental involvement in PTO etc.
Immense sports focus. For kids.
Solid support for children , families and seniors.
We have a very good mix of residents.
Great town green.
Many fine eateries.
Great hiking trails and open space and parks.
Dedicated town government officials with a focus on service.
