So I stopped to buy paint for the house. I brought in a few gallons of paint that I wanted to dispose of. I checked out the policy before I went to make sure they took it. When I arrive I am told sorry no room on the paint bin. The employee was not interested in any further conversation. If he had been he would have realized I was interested in purchasing a lot of paint. Very disappointed, I won't be back

Awesome customer service, special thanks to Caitlin for being super helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. I was able to call in, have all my questions answered over the phone, and run in to pick up my order all ready and waiting for me. Having dealt with two other SW locations, this is the one I will come back to and only thanks to her. Dear Corporate SW, Caitlin is a super star and deserves all recognition. Thank you!

It's better to go to the store and be able to ask questions rather than going to Lowes with no one to discuss the different options of paint. There is very little chance the person at Lowes knows all about one type of paint.

Knowledgable staff, great clean store front. My go to spot for paint... much preferred over New Britain location due to a cleaner, more open floor and a very helpful staff. You get what you pay for with paint, check it out to get some high quality product and advice on how to best go about your DIY project.
