This gas station is conveniently located on a busy thoroughfare. The line at the register went quickly, and the staff was very efficient at getting everyone in and out quickly.

To be honest, I only yelped this because they had some non-dairy options inside for sale, and I needed a cup of coffee. So, just FYI, if you need a cup of coffee, they have non-dairy options. Otherwise, you know, it's a gas station.

I've been here twice and both times the attendant was unavailable. I have worked third shift and would rather have my boss yell at me then turn away a customer. This place loses more money late night then it's worth staying open.

Went to shell to get the inside of my car detailed.. I do have to say it was very fast and and only about $25 which should have been my 1st warning. When I left left I noticed noticed that they had not thoroughly wiped the wheels half the wheels were still dirty, They had not vacuumed underneath the seat like I asked them to and the the area was still filthy and full of sand. I ended up going to a self service vacuum and vacuum and doing it myself and and also getting so wet wipes and wiping down the handles on the doors myself because they did not do that either. One star maximum

The night man working here is rude and blatantly demeaning toward everyone especially women. I’m actually scared to walk through the parking lot of shell now because he is always outside in the front smoking cigarettes. He is a rude, vile, j**** to say the least!

Thank you to Rich at Shell On Queen St in Southington who saved the day ! The detail car wash place ( has no affiliation with Shell ) turned my gas cap by accident and locked it while cleaning it . I have had no gas cap key since the fire at my house . Rich got his tool box and used hammer/ screw driver to bust the gas cap off for me . And then I was able to go to Auto Zone for a replacement gas cap ( with no key lol ). Rich wouldn’t take money so I told him to apply the cash to the next customer’s bill . Thank God I got gas there after my car wash .I’m driving to North Carolina in the morning and that wouldn’t have been a good surprise a few hours into my trip ! Thank you Rich !

Southington shell is a great gas station.😃😃They are very friendly.They help when you're lost and need to find you're way somewhere.Very understanding.They are very helpful and nice and friendly to the costumers.There was a lady there and she was so sweet and helped me when my card wasn't working not like other stores they say your cards declined and do nothing but try again.She helped me and it ended up not being declined,it got approved.😄😄What I want to say is if you end up going to Southington go to this gas station it has amazing service and the employees are friendly and helpful😊😊

I was staying at the motel 6 right next door to the shell station in Southington CT, and I bought a Snapple, well when I opened it it looked like someone had spit a huge wad of spit in the top of it so when I brought it back the guy behind the counter started to refuse me another drink without paying again!!!! Then told me to leave and not come back!! Since when should you have to pay for something twice when it was clearly a defective product?? Isn't it just common sense that if a customer brings back their purchase due to something as disgusting as that, the store should definitely either give you back a refund, or at least give you store credit?? And since when is it ok for the person working at the counter to yell and scream at their customer? Especially when the customer is 💯% in the right!! I will DEFINITELY NEVER go back to that store again...
