They should put some type of label on ATM machine. Which say "deposit on your risk" . I deposit couple hundred dollars and machine said cash cannot be accepted. But never gave me back my money. I talk to lady in side she said it's 3rd party call customer care. They back me my claim number and said wait 3-4 days .I will post what they do now.

Please take some action for southington branch . Please tell them to put some type of notice on there ATM machine. I deposit couple hundred dollars and ATM machine said cash not being accepted and never gave me back my cash. I already claimed. But it's so crazy . I talked to lady in side she said I am second one from this morning. They should put something on there ATM when this happened to first costumer at first place. I am not sure I will get my money back or not . I just don't want to happen this with anyone else. Address 235 Queen St Southington CT.

I was delighted to drive from Meriden to be told to come back another day to open an account because they’re short staffed and already had 2 people waiting. No thanks, I’ll open an account at another bank.

I was in the process of refinancing my house when unfortunately i could not continue. The mortgage specialist i was working with told me up front.... if certain thing did not meet my expectations he would refund the fee that i paid....When i was not able to continue the loan.... I asked if the fee would still be refunded and he said.... let me see if i can get this back for you. He maid no agreement to give it bsck but it sounded like he was going to see if he could. I waited a week then 2 then 3 then I emailed then i emailed again then again. At this point i still have not heard anything back.... just another mortguage person working for a bank that could not care less if he is not making any money. I just want you to know i will not recommend this bank to anyone or you mortgage rep to anyone ever!
