The best nail salon. I'm doing my nails for years on different places, and always it's something that I don't like. But here the employees are so friendly, always smiling, talking to you like they know you for long time. Make you feel comfortable! Good service, good product, the salon it's clean, the furniture in good condition, and good people! 100% recommended *

I had a great experience at On nail& spa today. I only had my acrylic set taken off and my eyebrows done, but I will be back soon for more services. Everyone was friendly and attentive and the place was clean and organized.

I haven’t gone here as yet. I was looking for a new place to go and then reading the reviews one things stood out. It wasn’t the negative reviews. It was actually the owners response to the customers negative reviews, blaming the customers on misunderstandings of language or circumstance. First of all as an owner you certainly do not blame your customers for feeling the way they feel or tell them that they’re wrong. And if it’s language barrier, then perhaps you shouldn’t speak anything but English so everyone knows what you’re saying, and how you’re saying it. I do find it extremely rude women doing the manicure speak to one another in a language that is some thing other than English. It’s just rude. And if you don’t want any misunderstandings and perhaps you shouldn’t speak anything but English. And speak your language together when you’re alone, and not with your customers who don’t speak your language. but it just seemed to me rather odd that the owners were telling the customers that they were wrong. If that many people feel the same way, then perhaps it’s not the customers perhaps it is the women in the shop were doing the work just saying.. I also will not be coming to the salon and again not because of the negative reviews. Lots of people aren’t happy you can’t please everyone that’s for sure but it is the response of the owner. That’s the reason why I won’t go to the salon. If you can’t depend on the owner of the business to listen with an open clear mind to fix a problem then there is a real problem that perhaps is unfixable

I am usually not the one to leave reviews, but after experiencing this nail salon, I absolutely have to. when I immediately walked into the establishment, I knew I wanted regular paint (not gel). I asked, did they have regular white paint? One of the ladies said yes, but immediately followed by saying it is no good and gel is much better to use. As someone who has been getting their nails done for years, I already knew there was not much of a big difference between gel and regular. I let her know I was okay with regular paint but she kept asking me am I sure. Once I got into the chair, all was good until she started having trouble with applying the acrylic powder, so she switched off with another nail tech. I absolutely did not mind the switch off to fix my nails. My biggest issue came down to finishing and applying the the nail polish. I ended up realizing I wanted a V shaped French tip. She applied the design on one finger and told me it looked “funny”. She then painted a regular French tip, suggesting that I do that because it “looks better”. She sat there laughing at something I simply wanted. After seeing the two designs side-by-side I actually liked them and wanted a pattern going across each finger she told me she cannot do that… I don’t know why. She then called over another nail tech while laughing and showed her the design I wanted. They both began laughing talking about how it looks weird with the nail bed out showing which I already saw and did NOT mind. I found that to be incredibly rude to just laugh in my face over my own nail decision. After that, I just backed down and ended up going with the design that she wanted. Nail beds still showed. Once I finished she asked was I adding a tip to the card or cash….that’s something you leave up to the customers to mention. Especially after not doing what I wanted and laughing in my face. If you are somebody on a budget, I would not recommend going here, they start regular acrylics at $65… you can find many other places around that start at 40-50 dollars. I would also not recommend going here if you are shy/timid person some of the ladies seem to be pushy. As a paying customer why can’t I make a decision and not be pressed into something else? simply agree with what your customer want without the extra criticisms/comments. Came back to add more. The employees in fact DID laugh in my face. I know the difference between talking and laughing. Also I never said I had an issue with the price! All I said is there is better out there! Now I’m definitely never going back because they will LIE about interactions. They showed me two designs and made comments on my nails. I never asked for your employees opinions or criticism on my nails. LET me make a a decision WITHOUT the LAUGHING and comments. That this business big issues. It’s completely unprofessional and deflective when people call you and then you LIE about what happened. I stuck with my nails because I was already fed up and ready to leave this horrible money hungry place.Services: Nail art

Went there with my daughter to get pedicures & full nails sets. We was happy they took as as where I go was close for the day. Got there was rushed to get colors & sat down to get nails done. When came to paint our nails we asked for design we originally asked for they said it was going to charged another 20 dollars for something as simple. I replied with just do 2 nails on each hands & just pain tips and painted the whole rest of the nails. When can to pedicure it was rushed.. we got our eyebrows done and it was the only thing that was done how I wanted. My daughter service as good. Go to pay and they charged a ridiculous amount for ny service that wasn’t done properly & then say to ny daughter to tip more because the tip wasn’t enough. We look at receipt & see another $10 charge for city tax? Never will go there again .Services: Kids' manicures
