Hands down the most honest, reliable, and nivest group of men I’ve come across. My car got totaled on the way to work, and I was so shaken up.. but by the grace of the powers that be, Adam arrived with tow truck and his demeanor so calm and reassuring, and he so genuinely kind in a way that’s hardly seen nevermind experienced in this day and age. My car was totaled in a front end collision. I was in Southington when I had an accident and had to contact the police to get a report for the accident. When they arrived I was told I could not use my triple A to tow the vehicle home. They use this tow service in the area where my accident occurred. I was very nervous about all of this at the time. How would I pay for everything? This company and everyone there was amazing and went above and beyond! They worked with my insurance company to get me the best deal possible!

This place is top notch. Professional and courteous throughout the whole process, Adam is the best. I had my car towed there after an accident and he made sure everything went smoothly and that the process was as easy as possible for me.
