I used to be a regular but I decided not to come to pro nails and spa anymore. I did a French gel manicure and the very next day my gel polish chipped, so I went back to have it fixed, and they had the nerve to charge me 5$ for the fix. Gel is supposed to last, and they had the audacity to say it was my fault for my nail to chip. I was not happy at all, and will be going to a different nail salon instead.

I heard of this place from my mom's coworker and decided to try it out! Their prices are reasonable compared to other salons and the ambiance was nice! Everyone was super nice and they were quick. I called on a Sunday and was able to come in the same day. Then I was back the next Sunday with my mom to get pedicures and it was also a great experience! This will be my go-to nail salon from now.
I paid $74 for acrylic full set with a french tip and almond shape! and $34 for a Pedicure. My mom got a manicure and a Special Pedicure for somewhere around $70

This was one of the first places I went to get my nails done when I moved to CT and it is the only place I continue to go back to every time!! Their pedicures are incredible and my nails always come out how I want them. 10/10 recommend to everyone in the area

NEVER COME HERE!!! paid $106 dollars on a fill and peticure, the nail polish on my toes smudged not even after an hour after leaving, very disappointed and the manager hung up on me during a conversation on the phone calling about the mess up. again don’t go here .
