WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! They rip you off for one they charged me for 2 nights when my car was only there for 1. Then when I tried to get clarification on an issues I was having with getting my car out the lot with AAA the owner was EXTREMELY RUDE and kept talking over me and told me to “stop backtracking from yesterday and worry about now” then proceeded to talk over me and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL place and employees tell you different things each time you call.

I recently was fortunate enough to receive assistance from Freddy and his son, Freddy. Amid a whirlwind of frustration, as I tried to get my vehicle towed back to Massachusetts after it was stolen from me, these two gentlemen provided light in what had been a dark time for me. I find it rare that customer service representatives take such initiative to assist their clients, and they both did just that. It wasn’t easy, but their hard work insured not only the safe transport of my vehicle, but my peace of mind moving forward. God bless them both!

Needed a tow late at night. The dispatcher made it happen quicker than I had expected. Attempted to get a tow through my insurance company and they said it would be mid morning. Mind you I had broken down at 1130pm on a Thursday. If I could give more than 5 stars for the service I received from Nelcon I would certainly do so!

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! BE AWARE! We called them for ROADSIDE assistance because we needed them to bypass the airline. He came and he said I cannot do it but I can tow you to my shop. HE REFUSED TO EVEN LOOK AT THE TRUCK! WE HAD TO PAY $714 FOR NOTHING! He came to let us know persoanally that he can ONLY TOW THE TRUCK. HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THAT OVER THE PHONE!!! THEIR PLACE IS ONLY 3 MILES AWAY AND THEY CHARGED US $714 FOR ABSOLUTLY NOTHINING!!! They are SCAMMERS who are trying to tow your vehicle for the simplest thing so they can rip you off big time in their shop. STAY AWAY from this company

I was having issues with my truck I call Sal around 2 or 3 in the morning he was able to guide me to help me through out the day he call me he recommended to a repair shop his service and the shop was awesome to work with.
